I was delighted last week to learn that our Year 3 children excelled in the recent TOP LINK Inter-School Competition – held at St Paul’s next door, and came first out of 5 schools. We certainly cheered in Worship last week and WELL DONE to all Year 3’s!!! We have introduced an optional dark navy fleece which can be purchased from Brigade. I know how difficult it is to find a light weight coat, and the fleece, with logo, really does compliment our school uniform! This will particularly be of benefit when doing outdoor P E and also for KS2 children who have lockers instead of coat pegs. I am really looking forward to our First Cinema Night on Friday 1 st May – Paddington! (with marmalade sandwiches!!!) Message from the Principal

Dear Parents

It is incredible to think it won’t be long now before Half Term in

the Summer Term! The weather really needs to improve so we

can enjoy the warmth all day long!

I was delighted last week to learn that our Year 3 children

excelled in the recent TOP LINK Inter-School Competition –

held at St Paul’s next door, and came first out of 5 schools.

We certainly cheered in Worship last week and WELL DONE to

all Year 3’s!!!

We have introduced an optional dark navy fleece which can

be purchased from Brigade. I know how difficult it is to find a

light weight coat, and the fleece, with logo, really does

compliment our school uniform! This will particularly be of

benefit when doing outdoor P E and also for KS2 children who

have lockers instead of coat pegs.

I am really looking forward to our First Cinema Night on Friday

1st May – Paddington! (with marmalade sandwiches!!!)

Many children were disappointed at not getting a ticket and

so we will run a second night – information for this second

showing will be sent out next week.

Kindest regards

Jonah, our teddy bear at

Krishna Avanti, is looking

forward to some warmer

weather – he doesn’t like the

freezing wind that’s been

making him feel really cold

just lately.

Congratulations! to the following children who have

been awarded pen licenses for their

excellent hand writing skills:
