Waiver:I am fully aware of the risks and dangers involved in this undertaking and personally assume all liability

and responsibilities for any accident and/or injury by and to me as a result of my participation in the

Hogeye Marathon and Relays (event). I am emotionally and medically able to take part in the

event and have properly trained for it. I fully understand the effects of the weather on running and walking and that the Hogeye route will be conducted

on roadways with active traffic. I also understand that there will be no refund should the race be

canceled due to unforeseen circumstances which would have life and/or health threatening effects on participants and volunteers. Having read this waiver

and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your acceptance of my application for participation, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf waive

and release all sponsors, volunteers and the event administrator, their representatives and successors

from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though liability

may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons and/or groups named in this

ENTRY FORMRegistration for all adult events and pickup for pre-registered participants will be from 11 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, April 13. Fees go up as time goes on until race day. Online Registration ends April 12. No race day registration

5K 7:05 am Saturday Kids Hogeye 2:00 pm

The race begins on Emma Ave. in Springdale. All participants will start & finish on Emma Ave.

5K participants are eligible for overall awards. Awards 2-deep overall and 3 deep in age catagories.

All children ages 5-13 are eligible to run the 1-mile run, completing their "marathon over time", or the 2-mile run. Kids will run at Luther George Park in Grove St. in Downtown Springdale.

Marathon, Half-Marathon & Relays Saturday 7:00am

This 26.2 mile run is open to male and female participants 15 years of age and older. All participants under the age of 18 must have parent/guardian’s signature. No one under the age of 15 will be allowed to participate in the Marathon, 12 years-Half Marathon. Runners may participate as part of a 4 person relay team for additional fees. Courses are USATF Certified.

Awards Pick-upAwards for the marathon will be given 3-5 deep by gender and age. Overall male and

female winners + masters, 3 deep for the half marathon will be honored.

If you cannot pick-up your award, you may make arrangements to have the award sent to you at your expense. Results will be posted on the Hogeye Website and on www.arkansasrunner.com & www.arkrrca.com.

All runners will receive a technical shirt & finisher medal. T-shirts & items will be available for purchase at the runners expo on April 13
