H.H. Mirzoyan

The aim is to study approaches to the diagnostics of the conservatively treated patients with ITBI, mild

brain contusion in various medical centers of RA, to develop the ways of their optimization. The medical

records of patients with ITBI, mild brain contusion were studied in the 3 hospitals of Yerevan

(Armenia RMC, Saint Gregory The Illuminator MC, Erebuni MC,) and in the regional hospitals of

cities Gyumri, Vanadzor, Hrazdan, Kapan, who were conservatively treated from 2007 to 2011 years.

246 patients were included in the study. Conclusions: Approaches to the diagnostics of the

conservatively treated patients with ITBI, mild brain contusion differ in various medical centers of RA. It

is necessary to create directories for diagnosis of patients with ITBI, mild brain contusion for hospitals

with different capabilities of diagnostic methods. In the hospitals without neurosurgical and CT scan services,

X-ray of the skull, fundus research, echoencephaloscopy are necessary to create and transmit patient’s data

via internet for consulting with a neurosurgeon. That is especially important in case of negative

dynamics of general or neurological condition of patients. In the hospitals with neurosurgical and CT

scan services patients with ITBI, mild brain contusion should be examinated by CT scan, fundus

research, after neurologic examination. For monitoring there can be used a neurologic examination,

fundus research, echoencephalosco-
