SELECTION PROCESS AND GUIDELINES FOR ELECTION OF BOD
Qualifications: RENAP Member of good standing at least three (3) years. Certified Renal Nurse At least five (5) years working experience in renal nursing with minimum two (2) years in a
Supervisory (at least Head Nurse) position. Must be willing to commit attendance to the monthly update and/or meeting of the Board of
Directors. Must be willing to assume responsibilities as maybe delegated.
APPLICATION PROCEDURESTEP 1Submit the following
A. Updated ResumeB. Recommendation letter preferably from the applicants immediate supervisor.C. One (1) piece passport size colored picture
STEP 2Applicants may personally hand in their documents to the RENAP Office.

STEP 3NOMELEC shall review all received applications and submit a summary of qualified
applicants to the BOD for preliminary acceptance.
Note: Application papers received by the RENAP NOMELEC will be evaluated/ treated onthe basis of existing vacancy and its qualification standard.
STEP 4RENAP BOD shall conduct a panel interview as final screening procedure. The
Board reserves the right to disqualify any applicant if found to have fraudulent documentsand for any other reason that violates the ethical and professional standards of RENAP.
Qualified applicants will be notified thru PHONE CALL for interview schedule. Nopersonal and phone call follow-up from applicants will be entertained except when deemednecessary.
