Gary is now a practicing solicitor again, which he combines with being a freelance trainer and an Associate Tutor at the Open University. Gary is currently the co-ordinator of the APIL costs and funding special interest group and co author of the APIL guide to costs and funding.

The Supreme Court has given the final decision on the “Third Party Capture” case of Edmondson v Haven. They came to the same result as the Court of Appeal but for very different reasons.
