3. ContEnts

1.1 GEnEral saFEty warninG! Ensure Health & Safety, local authority, and general workshop practice regulations are adhered to when using this trolley. warninG! be careful to ensure that when closing the top you do not catch any part of your body in the lid or in the drawers. Always load evenly with the centre of gravity of the load as near centre of the trolley as possible. Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure there is adequate lighting. Keep the trolley clean and tidy in accordance with good workshop practice. use the wheel locks to prevent the trolley from inadvertently moving. Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area. open one drawer at a time - unit may become unstable if multiple loaded drawers are open Do not overload the trolley. Max capacity 150kg Do not use the trolley for any purpose other than that for which it is designed. Do not stand on the trolley, use it as a ladder or allow others to ride on the trolley. Do not leave unattended, especially when loaded, unless the wheels are locked, chocked or the trolley otherwise secured. Do not use trolley on uneven ground and do not run over curbs or steps - use a ramp. Do not use trolley if any part is significantly damaged, paying particular attention to the wheels.

Garage or workshop trolley with an overall capacity of 150kg. Lined upper shelf has four cantilever trays and a lockable top with gas sprung centre support. Lined lower shelf is ideal for larger parts or tools storage. four drawers with liners feature a rear locking mechanism which engages when lid is closed giving added security. fitted with four large swivel castors, two locking.

4.2 take the base tray and turn it upside down then take two swivel wheels (f) and two swivel, locking wheels (G) and attach them using the wheel bolts nuts and lock washers, as shown in fig.1.

4. assEMBly

4.1 remove trolley from the box and unlock the trolley with the keys attached. open the main storage area and remove all parts, check contents against contents list, if any parts are missing contact you local sealey dealer immediately. close the top storage area and lock the trolley before assembly.

4.3 flip the base tray onto the wheels and attach the four uprights (B) ensure that they are the correct way up with the longest distance between holes at the bottom (see fig.2A). secure the uprights with a bolt nut and lock washer.(fig.3)

notE! If the uprights are attached upside down the main storage compartmentwillnotfit.

4.4 fix the side supports to either end of the frame (fig.2B) the lipped edge should be horizontal as this will take some of the weight of the main storage compartment.

iMPortant - this is a heavy product and assistance is required for this next step.

4.5 With assistance lift the main storage compartment into the frame resting it on the side supports. Ensure you decide which side you want the drawers to open and attach the handle in the next step according to this.

4.6 secure the main storage compartment to the four uprights using bolts, nuts and lock washers. Also attach the handle to same side of the trolley as the locking wheels using the two long bolts and secure it through the lower of the two holes on the uprights.
