VALUE BEYOND BUILDING

This project was finished nearly two months early, thanks in part to the innovative use of materials in building the 4-story, 124-room hotel. Budget was also saved the on the construction of the 212-space garage by working closely with the architect to reduce the height of the garage, reduce the materials needed to build it, and remove unnecessary ceiling obstructions. With the garage’s close proximity to the hotel and another property, a complex multi-structure schedule helped ensure a seamless installation of the garage’s precast panels.
