What’s Happening and Looking Ahead OASIS ~ A Ladies Day Away Saturday, April 8th, is the annual OASIS day that takes place here at Pleasant View. All ladies are invited to attend this day of fun, relaxation, and spiritual renewal. This is a perfect opportunity for you to invite a friend! Cost is $10, which includes entrance fee, lunch, workshop, and speaker, Shannan Martin. Also, several vendors will be available for you to order and purchase items from. Register and pay now at the Welcome Center. Deadline is March 19th. Next Men’s Emmaus Walk Quickly Approaching The next Men’s Emmaus Walk will be held April 6-9, and will take place at Oakland Church of the Brethren. The Emmaus Walk is a universal ministry, open to Christians from all denominations. It is designed to develop the leader- ship of our churches by strengthening spiritual lives and encouraging greater participation in ministry. If you are interested in attending this walk, please mark your Connection Card or see Keith Berger to get registered. PV Easter Egg Hunts Saturday, April 8th will be the day of our two Community Egg Hunts. Both hunts are at 11:00 a.m. and will be held at: Pitsburg-Firehouse/Community Building Gettysburg-North Park Ballfields A hotdog stand with free lunch will follow the egg hunts. We will also have a drawing for some fun door prizes. Eggs are now available to pick up, take home and fill, and bring back as soon as possible. Volunteers will be needed for both our Egg Hunts. Set up and distribution of eggs will take place at 9:00 a.m. Lunch will be served immediately following the Hunts.
