“CASA XABÚ” La casona de 3 Cabos.

Casa Xabu is a traditional Asturian stone house, situated in the locality of “El Vallin”, 1.5km from the Hotel Rural 3 Cabos. El Vallin is a traditional dairy farming village, with houses dispersed amongst the pastures and without a village center. The house has 148m2 of living space and is situated on 11,000 m2 of land. The house overlooks a beautiful valley with a backdrop of mountains. The garden and one of the bedrooms have views of the sea. The house has recently been extensively renovated, and equipped with modern comforts whilst maintaining its rural character. Casa Xabu is available for rental as a whole house. It is the perfect place for those that want to enjoy a rural setting, that is just 15 minutes from Luarca and the best beaches in the west of Asturias.

CHARACTERISTICS & EQUIPMENT

Living room. The ground floor has 50 m2 of living space, made up of a living room with fireplace, separated from the kitchen by the staircase leading to the 1st floor. The well-equipped kitchen is open plan, looking onto the dining area. It has a 4-hob gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. It also has all the necessary equipment to cook, dine and make breakfast. The living area has a comfortable sofa and armchair, TV, DVD player and DVDs, board games and a fire place.

Dinning room

A staircase leads to the first floor where there are bedrooms of 18 and 21 m2, and a shared bathroom of 5 m2 with a spacious shower. One bedroom has views of the sea and adjacent hill, the other has view of the valley and mountains. The second floor, with its exposed beams, has a 31 m2 suite with views of the valley, a living area, and a large bathroom with bath. The house has very good central heating. It also has a parking area, garden, terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs, bbq, sunbed, cushions and first aid kit.

SERVICES:

“Casa Xab ” is a village house available to rent, managed and looked after by the Hotel Rural 3 Cabos. Rental of the house includes certain services and conditions detailed below. It is important to note that the services and conditions are not the same as those offered in the hotel.

-A complete clean of the house on alternate days, with a change of bed sheets, towels and replenishment of the bathroom kit. It includes a general clean of the kitchen but not the clearing or cleaning of cooking utensils and dining plates and cutlery. The house has a washing machine situated in the annex.

-Delivery of wood-fire bread and your choice of newspaper first thing each morning. -Ready to cook kit so that you don’t have to buy the basics on your arrival. The kitchen is equipped with olive oil, sugar, vinegar etc. In addition, the hotel supplies the necessary for breakfast such as bread, butter and artisanal jams, homemade cake, milk, coffee and infusions, oranges and chocolate biscuits. These breakfast products will be replenished during the stay

-If you prefer not to cook and instead dine in the hotel, this is available as long as you book in advance. All of our dishes, wines and drinks are also available to “takeaway.” To reserve a table or order food to “takeaway” please phone +34 616 89 28 07.

-Free access to the common parts of the hotel such as our bar, garden and children’s play area.

-Local information, including maps and leaflets, showing all of the activities that the area offers.

-Delivery of wood in winter and charcoal for the bbq in the summer.

RATES -HOUSE FOR 2/3 PERSONS (ONLY IN LOW SEASON) (Use of only 1 or 2 bedroom to choose) 2 Person: 160€, 3 person: 190€/day. -HOUSE FOR 4 PERSON: 220€/day . You choose 2 bedroom, -HOUSE FOR 5 PERSON: 250€/day. -HOUSE FOR 6 PERSON 280€/day. *Prices per day. Children under 2 years for free. Free cot available. *Minimum stay in low season 2 nights. Minimum stay in hi season 4 nights *Check in fromt 15:30h Check out before 11:30h. *Check-in and check-out at the hotel.. *Pets allowed, 10€/day extra charge.

RESERVATIONS: Formal credit card. For reservations for amounts over € 600. Deposit of 40% of the total amount of the reserve to formalize it. CANCELLATION POLICY: With 15 days notice without charge, full refund of the deposit. Between 7 and 15 days before card charges 20% of the total booking or refund of 50% of deposit. Under shorter than 7-day notice or if you do not appear, the deposit shall not be returned, 40% of the booking sum or the total booking price for one day shall be charged to card.
