Following the suggestion of a LCC member in UK, for the very first time the LCC Regional Meeting series was used to also leave a positive footprint at destinations LCC travel to. Altoegterh in 5 meetings the great amount of 6000 Euro was collected by LCC attending the meeting – and the LCC Headquarters d bli th ll t d t t 6000 E t i 5 h it j t i B li M t S j the the basis for a successful cooperation in the
new corporate network was created. All members used the meeting to establish uniform quality standards, uniform processes in the multinational sales and travel management process and marketing ideas to develop a step

A real James Bond adventure with a challenging missions for real secret agents started with Miss Moneypenny’s Secret Archives in which 12 preferred suppliers provided p pp pknowledge, products and tools for the agents. The camp continued with 6 challenging missions to be completed, which asked for real teamspirit, knowhow, courage and physical as well as mental skills. The evening invited to a secret agent Goldfinger dinner honouring the winning team with a great prize; 10 intercontinentnal Lufthansateam with a great prize; 10 intercontinentnal Lufthansa tickets for two persons. Saturday continued with sales knowledge and creativity, creating once-in-alifetime travel packages with the products of LCC preferred suppliers. Result: All 110 secret agents from over 50 countries left full of inspiration, motivation, new business contacts and extensive supplier and LCC knowledge holding their 007 license in their hands. Advisory Board Meeting in Cremona: Action Plans defined
The Advisory Board Meeting, the consulting committee within the LCC network, took place on 26th - 28th August, 2013 in Cremona/ Italy thanks to the great local support of Giuliana Guindi of LCC Guindani Viaggi. 11 Advisory Board Members used this important meeting to discuss the status quo of LCC projects and their relevance for the local markets they represent. The agenda also included the requirements of Destination Management Companies within the LCCwith the network. Have a look at the local voices of Egypt

For the first time, the LCC Headquarters supports all franchisees with an electronic customer satisfaction questionnaire survey for their final customer to rate their service quality. Every LCC received a link with the survey to be forwarded to the local customer database. This questionnaire gathers information that will enable LCC to evaluate the service delivered whenthe LCC Website Concept. In this 3- 5 minutes
tutorials LCC will find out how to login and make first amendments, how to create content with text, images and picture galleries, how to use the site tools (add a new language site, add a facebook icon etc.), how to upload teasers on the home

From 07th to 10th November 2013 the LCC General Assembly was carried out at the five stars Sun Gardens Radisson Blu Resort & Spa in Dubrovnik, Croatia. With more than 500 participants from over 60 countries the event was a full success. With the motto “Beyond 360°”, the conference provided an unique programme with a wide variety of workshops and thrilling external speakers. The top keynote speakers, Norman Rose and Christian Gansch left a great impression and high motivation for a new business year.
