    TYPE OF INCIDENT: Recovery of Stolen PropertyLOCATION: 2300 block of Lincoln Avenue, San Jose CASE NUMBER: 14-114-0106SDATE: June 17, 2014

    DETAILS:

    On April 24 th, 2014, deputies responded to 18000 block of Prospect Rd. in Saratoga to investigate acommercial burglary. Unknown suspect(s) entered a business and stole various items including anApple iMac. Investigators later determined the Apple iMac was used to make an online purchase andobtained the location the purchase was made. This led investigators to a residence in the 2300 block ofLincoln Avenue in San Jose.

    On June 17th

    , 2014, deputies went to the residence on Lincoln Avenue and conducted a probation search.When deputies arrived at the residence, Ryan Paradiso (36 years old from San Jose) was caught trying toflee out the front window. Paradiso was detained and during a search of his residence several stolenitems were located. The Apple iMac computer was found as well as a stolen handgun, several computermonitors, cell phones, jewelry, bikes, silver dinnerware and a photo album.

    While the deputies were searching the garage of the residence, several neighbors had noticed variousitems that had been stolen from their residence in Paradisos garage. Those items were recovered andreturned to their owners.

    Paradiso was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail on charges of burglary, possession of stolen

    property and violation of probation. Paradisos bail is currently set at No Bail.
