is designed to be fed by a 10 coil carriage allowing for spacer width changes in 30 seconds or less. reducing a 25-step process to a click of a button.

thE ovEn PrEss i-3™ is designed to allow constant adjustment not just for unit thickness, but its speed and heat settings can accommodate variations for low-E versus clear glass and many other variables.

thE smart EXtruDEr i-3™ is designed to change nozzles automatically for precise metering of sealant. it eliminates pressure spikes and reduces inconsistencies due to material viscosity, air pressure or ambient temperature.

thE clEancut i-3™ glass cutting and edge deletion system features a dual head bridge that allows for simultaneous cutting and edge deletion. in addition, the 360 degree rotating deletion head gives you the ability to delete in any direction and adjust wheel speed for the remaining wheel diameter.
