At ANSYS, we are determined to develop a broad and deep partner ecosystem for the mutual benefit of our partners and our business. Together we can share expertise, foster development and extend our reach in markets that will benefit from engineering simulation solutions. As an ANSYS partner, you will qualify for benefits based on your designated partner tier. We are committed to providing opportunities for you.

PARTNER PROGRAM ENROLLMENT

Application ProcessTo become an ANSYS Partner, visit the ANSYS Partner Ecosystem website and complete the “Become A Partner” application form. After completing the application form: • The ANSYS Partner Account Team will review your application profile to confirm your eligibility.• An ANSYS Partner Account Manager will contact you to initiate partnership (if your eligibility is confirmed), and send you a partnership agreement and any applicable licensing document.• Additional documentation may be required at the discretion of the ANSYS Partner Team. • The ANSYS Partner Account Manager will work with partners to determine their placement and tier status, if applicable, in the ecosystem.

Membership Renewal• ANSYS Partner Program membership is typically for a one-year term. Membership will automatically

be renewed for partners who maintain good standing and wish to continue in the program. • Partners may be asked to submit a summary of partnership activities for a mutual assessment of

benefit upon renewal.

Partner Program Guideline For Updates and Changes• To increase our program’s value to our partner, we may modify terms of the program, including corrections or updates to this program guide.• The ANSYS Partner Team will make every effort to communicate with our partners in a timely manner on any changes or updates to the program via email, newsletter or through your Partner Account Manager.
