Fisrlty: PID control mode:
PID control mode outputs the power depending on the calculation of the proportion.
integration ,differentiation for the input signal getting from thermocouple .proportion makes the output
and the input keep proportional relationship. Integration makes the speed of the change of output keep
proportional relationship with the change of input. Differentiation used the quick response of differential
principle to let the output reflect fast while meeting interference.
Fuzzy control mode :
Fuzzy control mode uses fuzzy math calculation principle to restrain the temperature overshoot(the
temperature value exceeds the set value) so that it can improve its response to external interference.
Fuzzy control mode makes the controller respond earlier than the temperature overshoot to output the
suitable power by real-time monitoring and remembered empirical data then to restrain the overshoot.
Diagram 2 is a comparison signification.
Soft mode:
Soft mode automatically enables the temperature to rise as slow as 0.3℃/S by limiting the output while
the temperature of hot runner is lower than 100℃.Hereby it can protect the heating elements by
eliminating the moisture gradually in them.
Mixed control mode:
After soft mode the temperature rises as fast as 1℃/S until get into the range of fuzzy adjusting state
near the setting temperature .In this range the temperature would drop 1-20℃ depending on different
load to let the fuzzy control program test and collect the loading data and give the hot runner nozzles
and manifolds enough time to distribute temperature evenly. After fuzzy adjusting the controller gets
into PID control mode.In the PID mode there would be a 0-10℃ overshoot depending on different load.

ANOLE offers two basic types of temperature controller box:intelligent type and insert type.the main
difference between these two types is :comparing to intelligent type ,insert type is more convienent
for replacement when any zone fails.for intelligent type.the customer need to replace the failed controller
by themselve.which means the customer need to know how the wire connected.or you can asked the
supplier to fix the problem .but then the time will be wasted.

Operate:
1. (1)Open power switch and turn into working condition preset by manufacturer.

(3)Press 【SET】to check output percent..
(4)Press 【SET】to check output electricity.
(5)Press 【MODE】to switch automatic, manual and standby mode.
(6)Manual mode: press 【▲】【▼】to adjust output percent.
(7)Restore factory setting: press 【MODE】whilst holding the 【SET】to power off, reboot can
restore factory setting.
(8)Automatic mode: operating mode in generally working condition, the controller control the
temperature in accordance with setting temperature.
(9)Manual mode: in particular cases (such as thermocouple fault), can provide appropriately
output setting to switch to manual mode and maintain equipments operation until correct the
fault. Press 【MODE】one minute to start manual mode, press 【▲】【▼】to adjust output
percent.
(10)Soft start mode: A. Prevent the heater strip wetted, and the heater will be damaged by over
electricity. The heater strip is dehumidifier by using soft start mode (dehumidifier) function
in low voltage condition.

indicator lights up. Then, press SET key to start menu setting.

Anole hot runner sequence controller can individually set the open and close time of each valve gate
nozzle so that to control the following of the melted plastic in the cave of the mold to improve the
quality of the injected parts.
Based on the injection starting signal of the injector the delay period of keeping close of the nozzle can
be set, after the delay period the nozzle opens until the set open period finished .The nozzle would
close at the same time with the finishing injection signal of the injector while the finishing time of the
set open period had been later than it.

PART2-Sequential controller operation explanation
1.Purpose
The sequential controller applies to the valve gate type hot runner system, used in controlling the mold injection time. It makes the injection time of each nozzle under efficiency control in mold injection, and has the following superiority:
•eliminates the fusion mark on the product’s surface, or it resets the product’s surface fusion mark position, thus achieving the quality improvement for forming the product;
•through adjusting the injection quantity, improving the quality, preventing the phenomenon of defecting or filling not arrived occurred.
•injection molding with a sequential controller, all runners are not open at the same time, therefore it can be injection in the smallest clamping force situation;
•Through enhance injection's rate, this enables the product flow marking to achieve the optimum condition

Chosen of A pattern: after received the injection signal, in the delay time , runner gate is closed, after the delay time, runner gate open till the injection finished
Example:injection time 10seconds, delay time(T1)3 seconds
Process: three seconds after received the injection signal ,
Runner gate open, continuing for 7seconds,then closed.
2)B pattern
Chosen of B pattern: after received the injection signal, in the delay timeT1,runner gate continuing closed, after the delay time, runner gate open,(according to the established time T2),after the runner open time, gate begin continuing closed.

Process: three 3 seconds after receive injection signal, runner gate continuing open for 4 seconds, then closed.
2. Four section of timed control movement pattern condition explanation
1)A pattern
Chosen of A pattern: after received the injection signal,
T1 runner gate close then T2 gate open then T3 gate close then T4 gate open.
When the injection signal disappear, no matter which period it in ,its established time work cycle will be over, the runner gate also close.
2)B pattern
Chosen of B pattern: after received B pattern,T1 runner gate closed then T2 gate open then T3 gate closed then T4 gate closed.
In this pattern, once the injection cycle begin, no matter the injection signal on or
not, it begin work with the established time, till the four period finished, then runner
gate closed.
