House wise cultural activities were conducted on every Saturday during the month of March and April 2017.

Three students namely Babita, Brij Mohan and Ram Krishan participated in the seminar organized on HIV/Aids by Red Ribbon Club at Shimla on 23-03-2017.

th thHouse Examinations for B.Ed. and M.Ed. were conducted successfully from 16 April to 24 April 2017.

About Sarvpalli:

The Human Welfare Educational Society ( Regd. Society) is running vocational, technical and Educational Institutions in different areas. We are mainly concentrating to provide value based education to the Pupil-Teacher and other students. This Institution was started in the year 2006 with an intake of 100 seats for B.Ed. only. With sincere and strenuous efforts of the Management Committee, in a very short interval, an additional unit of 100 seats for B.Ed. and 25 seats for M.Ed. were obtained. Presently the Institute has 4 units ( 200 students per year ) in B.Ed. and 1 Unit ( 50 students per year ) in M.Ed. Course. Our main object is to promote the students hailing from hard and difficult terrain of rural areas. We are committed to provide qualitative education and excellent teaching skills through innovative educational programmes with the object to train, guide and prepare the students as qualified professionals in the field of teaching so that they may avail good opportunities to secure jobs/employment in public and private sector.

A Twelve Day 'Educational Tour' was thorganized on February 9, 2017 to 18

February 2017 from Rampur to Rajasthan-Gujarat-Run of kuch, Dwarka-Somnath Temple-Rajkot and Chandigarh.

th thOn 8 to 10 Feb. 2017 Annual sports Meet was organized in which inter-house/section-wise competition of different games was held. Sh. Vivek Negi, Tehsildar Rampur, Chief Guest, presided over the function and prizes were awarded to the winners/runner ups.

The main object and Endeavour of this Institute is to train, educate and guide the students to get employment in public or private sector and encourage them to get placement in reputed Institutions to earn their livelihood. A campus placement was

thorganized in the Institution on 8 March, 2017. Dr. Sahib Singh Advani from Akal Academy alongwith his team members had taken interview of about 58 Teacher Trainees out of which 9 students namely Dharmender, Monika, Anjali, Rakhi, Indu Bala, Anjali Mangal, Archana, Mamta, Kalpna were selected for appointment in Badu Sahib Institute. Besides above, four students namely Rakhi, Vidya Bhushan, Anjali Sharma and Dimple were selected for appointment in Spring Dale Public School, Rampur.

1. Hundred % result in B.Ed./M.Ed. since 2007.2. Two students namely Nomi Thapa and

Promita of the College have attained Gold Medals in the M.Ed. Course at University level.

3. One student namely Subhadra of B.Ed. received Gold Medal in Inter-College Boxing Championship held at Kullu.

4. 525 students from this Institute got employment in Private Sector.

5. 60 students got employment in Govt. sector. 6. 35 students cleared TET.

1. Rs.31000/- Cash prize for University Topper in B.Ed./M.Ed.

2. Rs. 11000/- Cash Prize for College Topper in B.Ed.

3. Rs. 1100/- for attaining above 95% attendance.

1. One student namely Vandana Chauhan ( Session 2012-13) who topped in B.Ed. Examination was awarded Rs.5100/- as Cash Prize.

2. In the Session 2013-14, one Student namely Sujata Thakur also topped in the B.Ed. Examination and was awarded Rs.11000/- as Cash Prize .

3. One student namely Vandana (Session 2013-14) who topped in M.Ed. examination was awarded Rs.5100/- as Cash Prize.

4. Rs.2100/- each was given to the students of Session 2014-15, namely Kalpna Gautam, Chander Prabha, Mehak, Kaushalya, Surekha, Priyanka and Kiran Kumari for attaining above 95% attendance.

5. Rs.1100/- each was given to 24 students of Session 2014-15 namely Rajinder Kumar, Neelima, Khem Lata, Manisha Baluni, Kamlesh Kumari, Sita Kumari, Babita, Sunita Kumari, Dipika, Monika Chauhan, Saina Devi, Neeraj Kumar, Parul, Shakti Devi , Anita Devi, Shanta Kumar, Anju Bala, Jaya Sharma, Rachna, Monika, Abbu Mehta, Ponam Lata, Ranjana Kumari and Poonam Verma for attaining 90 to 95% attendance.Two students belonging to BPL/IRDP families, namely Mohan Sharma, Harish Sharma were given Rs.5000/- each.

thNovember to 26 November 2016.

stOn the occasion of 'World Aids Day' (1 Dec.) our College organized a rally to aware the public about this deadly disease. This rally was flagged off by Principal of the College Dr. Naveen Mokta Later on our B.Ed. & M.Ed. students performed a Nukkar Natak on AIDS in the heart of Rampur City, which was appreciated by everybody.

th'World Human Rights Day' was celebrated on 10 Dec.2016.

th thAnnual Examination was conducted from 26 Dec. 2016 to 05 Jan. 2017.\

thFinal Teaching was conducted on 30 and 31th December. 2016 and was observed by the external examiners.

Painting, Mehndi and Rangoli competition was organized on the eve of “ Karva Chauth

thon” 18 October, 2016

On the occasion of 'Diwali': The festival of thlights', on 30 Oct.2016 our institution

celebrated this holy festival in the campus.

Vigilance awareness week-2016 which was sponsered by Rampur Hydro Electric Project was thorganized in the Institution on 4 November, 2016 to involve public participation in promoting

integrity and eradicating corruption. Declamation contest was organized in which Anjali Sharma attained first position, Vikrant second position and Karuna Third position , Amita Negi fourth position, Anjali Mangal fifth position and Sanjeet sixth position. All the participants were given cash prizes. Rs.6000/- to First Position, 4000/- to Second Position, 2000/- to the Third Position. Rs.1000/- each to Fourth, Fifth and Sixth position.

thThe Session was started on 26 August 2016 with the welcome address by the Chairman and Principal.

Paper reading competition was organized on th14 Sept. 2016 in which Parul attained first

position, Babli and Pratibha second and Divya & Minakshi third position.

nd“ Gandhi Jayanti” was celebrated on 2 Oct.2016 with gaiety and fervour and different activities on patriotism were performed by the students like group Song , group Dance, acts and Glimpses.
