The exhibitor agrees to rent exhibit area space at the MBAofNY’s New York Real Estate Strategic Lending Summit being held on June 9, 2016 at the Manhattan NYC Affinia Hotel, 31 W 7th Avenue, NYC. Exhibitors agree to the set up and dismantle times as outlined above. No exhibitor is permitted to dismantle their booth until after 5:00 p.m. No Exhibitor is permitted to set up their booth unless full payment has been received in advance of the date of the conference & the required insurance certificate has been received. Exhibitors who breakdown prior to 5:00 p.m. will be accessed an additional fee of $300.00.

Security is Not Provided. The MBAofNY, its employees, volunteers, and agents and the Manhattan NYC Affinia Hotel shall NOT be responsible for any accident, claim, charge or damage caused by an Exhibitor or a third party in performances of this agreement. Exhibitor agrees that the MBAofNY may use exhibitor’s name, photos & logo in marketing for this and future conferences. This agreement is subject to the rules and regulations of the MBAofNY and Manhattan NYC Affinia Hotel. Exhibitor may not assign, sublet, or share any part of a booth. No Exhibitor is permitted to promote any event that is in direct competition with the works of the Association. No Exhibitor is permitted to host any company event during the evening prior to the Conference or during the day or directly following MBAofNY’s conference on June 9, 2016 at the Manhattan NYC Affinia hotel.

ALL Exhibitors assumes responsibility and liability for all claims of any type relating to or arising from its booth or exhibitors’ operation thereof or materials displayed or distributed there at, and for all damage, loss and injury to property and persons relating to or arising from the erection, movement, content or operation of exhibitors’ exhibit. Exhibitors hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless MBAofNY for any loss or damage with respect to same.

Exhibitor agrees to carry liability insurance with respect to the foregoing, with minimum coverage of $1,000,000 combined single limit (bodily injury and property damage) issued by a carrier acceptable to MBAofNY.

Exhibitor agrees that Mortgage Bankers Association of NY, Inc. shall be shown as an additional insured on said policy and Exhibitor agrees to deliver to MBAofNY an original policy or certificate of said insurance no later than May 5, 2016. If exhibitor fails to provide a copy to the MBAofNY, it does not release the exhibitor from his responsibility to carry this insurance.
