1 Preface
The assignment for the course From Idea to Design was to design a product with
regard to one of the three design cases: Energy, Smart Mobility or Health. After some
research and ideating, we chose Health because it is a subject that is close to us and
a design aimed at that would make a bigger difference and we decided that in the
short time we had for this assignment health would be the most fitting case. And
moreover, there are numerous possibilities of directions we could go into.
In our final idea we chose to tackle a problem that had to do with taking medication
or other non-per scripted pills. on a regular basis. It is very important for a lot of people
to take their medicines on a regular basis and then it is important to have water with
you at any time and place. For places with no tap nearby, like remote vacation
destinations, in the train, in the car or maybe during a walk, it is very handy to have
just enough water with you for your pills. Besides that it is very useful to have just
enough water for the amount of pills you have to take, so that you never take a lot of
water with you which you do not need. Pileasy is the solution for all these problems.
In this annotated portfolio we will guide you through our design process towards
Pileasy. You will see and read all steps that we took and we added some annotations
to make clear what we did and why we made certain decisions.

2 Design Process
Pictures and scans of our design process towards Pileasy are included in this chapter.
Annotations are added to clarify our actions during this process.
During our first meeting we brainstormed about the tree design cases to decide what
the best case was for us to work on, so either Smart Mobility, Health or Energy (picture
2.1). After that we made a mind map for the two most interesting ones, as you can
see on picture 2.2 and 2.3. After a long discussion, in which every group member had
the possibility to explain why he or she thought a case was
the right one to work on, we decided to go for Health. We
thought health was most interesting because it is close to
us, the problems in healthcare are big, and we also
thought we could make the best product in a little time
according to health instead of the other cases.

Then we started ideating and tried out ‘5-3-5-
brain-writing’, for we are a group of five and so
each group member wrote down three ideas in
a time limit of five minutes until we had fifty Ideas
in total (pictures 2.4 and 2.5). After that We
made use of the co-design ideation technique.
We talked to people and asked them what they
are missing in health care. Depending on what
they said we came up with another 10 ideas
each which brought us to about one hundred
ideas in total. Later on in our process we made
use of prototyping and sketching to create
ideas, you will read that further on in the
portfolio.
After all of this we selected our best ideas
and looked into those. In picture 2.6 the
list of those ideas is visible.

After the lecture about
selection techniques we took
our best ideas and tried to
select the best one out of
these. First we tried to get a
more specific thought about
our ideas by sketching them.
(picture 2.7)
After that we tried to write down values that referred to our ideas and grouped them
(picture 2.8). We took the following ideas:
-A toy which makes you move. All other toys move if you press a button and we
wanted to do it the other way around.
-A book which makes you move. You have to do the movements which are told in
the story.
-A tripod which always has to be in balance, there are 3 parts: mental health, enough
movement, healthy food, which always have to be at an equal height.
-A doll which becomes fat if a kid eats unhealthy, gets a dry skin when a kid drinks to
less or gets unhappy when a kid does not move enough.

After we grouped the values we wrote our ideas next to the values which they
belonged to. We thought most of the values were not important enough to make a
product for it, so we skipped most of the ideas. Because the tripod match with almost
all of the values we decided to go on with this idea, but unfortunately a video that
was shown in the lecture resembled our idea. Last year a group did something that
was almost the same so we decided to skip this idea and go back to the brainstorm.
Making this decision took a lot of time. We kept thinking about the Tripod for a long
time and finally we realised that all we were doing was trying to improve something
which was already made by others, and that was not what we wanted. We could
better have moved on quicker because due to the long discussion about the tripod
we lost a lot of time and had only less than a week to go till the video presentations.
We looked into our selection of best ideas out of the 5-3-5 session and all of us liked
the idea of a bottle which tells you whether you drink enough. We wrote down all
values of a bottle which reminds you to drink enough (picture 2.9). Because we only
had a little time left till our video presentation, we decided to make use of other
people in our environment. We talked to friends and family members and during the
meeting after that we made a mind map about the things that we heard from these
people (picture 2.10).
We wanted to make something which was out of the box and decided to focus on
medication, people forgetting to drink and people who do not have access to a tap
all day.

2.11
We tried to design a bottle which
would be a solution for all things we
came up with in our mind map
(picture 2.10). We created a bottle
with pills attached to it, so you can
easily find them when it is time to
take your medication, and we
thought of making water reservoirs
inside of the bottle for each pill that
is attached. These two things could
help people with not forgetting
their medicines at home, and
always having water for their pills.
There would also be an app which
tells you when to take your pills and,
when the bottle is empty, to refill it.
Due to its square shape it will be
easy to fit and to find the bottle in
your bag. We made a 3D sketch of
what the bottle would look like with
the 3 separate water reservoirs and 3 little boxes for the pills (2.11).

Now we knew what our bottle should look
like it was time for us to think of a catchy
name and logo. After some sketching and
voting we came up with ‘Pileasy’ and
designed the logo (picture 2.12).
Now we had
our sketch
and logo we could finally start with our midterm video.
We made a prototype which did not work but was
perfectly to use in our video. It had the right size to fit
easily in a bag and the boxes for the pills were on top of
it (picture 2.14).
Before we started filming we made a storyboard and
wrote a text for the video which would clarify a few
things we showed in the video (pictures 2.15 - 2.17).
Did you ever forget taking your pills?
Did you ever run out of water when you needed it?
Then you should really check this out

After the presentation of the midterm-videos we received some feedback and
immediately started working on our point of
criticism. Our tutor told us we wanted to do
so much that it became a bit chaotic. Our
bottle had so many functions that none of it
was perfectly thought about. So we started
thinking about what our main value was,
and ended up with people taking pills. To get
a better view of our targeted group we did
some research. We found out that our
product was most useful for people who
need several pills over the day : people with
diabetics, people who use Ritalin, who need
anti-depressives, vitamins or bodybuilders
who take daily supplements. The last two are
less important (picture 2.18).
We also thought about the circumstance in
which the bottle is most effective for the user.
We first thought most users of medicines
were at the age of 65+, but we found out
that 50% is between the age of 25 and 65 so they are not at home all day. We thought
about situations as being in remote vacation destination, in a car, in a train or just out
for a walk.
Because we wanted to focus on the pills, so having your pills attached to your bottle,
and always having water for taking your pills, we skipped the reminder app and the
normal drinking reservoir.
We ended up with a design of a bottle which has separate reservoirs that contain
precisely enough water for taking one pill, and depending on the amount of pills you
need to take, you ca choose how many
compartments you take with you that day.
We did some in-depth research for the average
amount of water that is necessary for taking a pill.
Because we now knew how much water you need for
taking a pill, we could easily compute how big the
compartments had to be (picture 2.19).

Then we thought about how our final design should look like and the mechanism of
the reservoirs (pictures 2.20-2.26)

2.28
The final idea was to make a turning
mechanism. If all compartments
would be stacked the bottle would
look like the one on picture 2.27.
The mechanism would be very simple(picture 2.28). The compartments all have a hole
of equal size. When the bottle is closed, the holes are all on a different place so the
water cannot go through. When one reservoir is opened, the hole would be free and
the water can go through. The openings for the pills work simultaneously with the water
holes. When the hole is open, the door for the pill is also open, and when the water
reservoir is closed, the door for the pills are also closed.

2.30 2.31 2.32
Now we decided what the bottle should look like we made a digital sketch (picture
2.29) which gives a good view of the compartments. The fact that you can use the
compartments separately makes it possible for you to adjust the number of
compartments to the amount of pills that you need for the day and make it as big or
small as you want it to be.
We divided some tasks for the last weeks because it is not possible to work with 5
people on for example a poster or a prototype.
We decided to start with making a prototype in which we could test the mechanism
(pictures 2.30-2.32). It was just made of cardboard but was very nice because we
could better visualise the turning compartments.

Then we brainstormed about the business card (picture 2.33) and made a small
prototype of one of our ideas (pictures 2.34-2.37).
We chose for the business
card which is shown in
pictured 2.34-2.36 because
we thought those were
easier to produce and also
showed our idea in a very
simple way.
After that we started with the poster. We chose to make a bottle because it would
immediately clear what our product is, and by discrete showing the pills we make
clear what our targeted group is, without losing the interest of people that do not use
pills. On the next page you can see the result of our poster (picture 2.38).

We also made a final prototype, of which you can see the result in the pictures
(pictures 2.39 and 2.42)
The prototype is not waterproof because that was almost impossible for us to do. The
mechanism worked the right way and the holes for the pills were clear. So this
prototype is perfect to show the mean values of the Pileasy. First we tried of the
mechanism by using paper (picture 2.39). Then we cut some plastic doors for the pill
and taped them (picture 2.40) and at the end we made real boxes for the pills and
made the mechanism working with pieces of plastic. We also made a blue line on the
bottle to make clear whether the compartments are opened or closed.(pictures 2.41

During the last two weeks we made the video and therefore we went to the photo
studio to make some nice shots for our last video. Some great pictured are added at
the end of this portfolio and we hope they make you laugh as hard as we did that
day.
During our last meetings we double-checked everything and practiced the pitch so
we made sure every group member was able to pitch during the exhibition.
The exhibition (pictures 2.43-
2.45) was a very nice
experience for us. We were a
bit nervous but we knew that
we prepared very well and it
could not go wrong because
we just had to tell what we
did during the process.

3 CONCLUSION
In our final design in light of the design case Health, we chose to tackle the problem
with regard to taking medications on a regular basis. It is essential to a lot of people
to take their medications on a regular basis and then it is important to have water with
you at any time and place. For places with no tap nearby, like remote vacation
destinations, in the train or in the car it is very handy to have just enough water with
you for taking your pills. The product that we designed is called Pileasy and is the
solution to all these hassles.
Pileasy is a bottle that consists of stackable water reservoirs, so you will never run out
of water when you have to take your medications. Your pills are in small boxes inside
the bottle and because every reservoir contains exactly enough water for taking one
pill, you can choose how many compartments you take depending on the amount
of pills you need to take that day.
At first we thought it was convenient to add an app to our product which would
remind you to take your medications and to refill the bottle when it is empty. Though
to make our concept stronger, we decided to focus on having enough water with
you for your pills and so we focussed on the reservoirs in the bottle. The app would
only make the Pileasy unnecessarily complex and expensive.
We want to thank our teacher Bart Hengeveld for the amazing lectures and assessing
our work. We also want to thank our tutor Annika Hupfeld for her helpful advice and
feedback during our design process.
We hope you enjoyed reading our portfolio about our very first journey through a
design process.

4 INDIVIDUAL REFLECTIONS
We all reflected on the design process, the functioning of our group and our own
role in it. All these reflections are included in this chapter.

Reflection From Idea To Design Group 9: Maxime Dassen
During the course ’From Idea to Design’ we did a lot of different things. We had lectures about brainstorming, ideation, choosing our best ideas, making a video of our idea, prototyping and pitching. All those subjects together formed a design process, the process of creating an idea and in the end a design from this idea.
We followed all the steps that were told in the lecture and spend a lot of time on creating something nice. We scheduled two meetings a week, most of the times on Tuesday and Thursday. In the first weeks we did general things during the meetings, like brainstorming, choose our best idea, sketch our ideas and things like create a name for our product or make the storyboard for the movie. Besides that everybody had to do some research at home (everybody had his or her own part). In the last weeks we gave everybody separate tasks because it is not easy to work on one prototype or one poster with all 5 of us simultaneously. The meetings were at the end used for reflecting on each other’s work and make deadlines for the next steps. The biggest struggle during the process was the idea choosing part after the brainstorms because we got stuck a few times. Next time we have to move on and not stick to an idea that is not good enough to go on with. We lost a lot of time by discussing bad ideas and instead of this we could have use this time better to focus on getting new ideas. Another difficult part was focusing on one thing. It was a challenge for us to show the purpose of our idea in a short movie because we came up with too many details. Our product had a lot of functions and we could better have focused on one thing because there was not enough time to go make all those functions clear. Because we did not focus on one thing our product was a bit vague at the beginning. My personal difficulty I discovered during this course are my sketching skills, they are not just ‘not very good’ but really bad. For the electives in the second and fourth quartile this year sketching is totally full, but I already bought a book about sketching and before the end of this year I want my skills to be improved a lot. Over all the process went very well and I think this is because of the fact that we carefully followed all the steps.
During this course we had to work in groups. My group existed of 2 boys, 2 girls and me. The groups were made by the teacher so we could not choose people we wanted to work with which looked like a challenge at the beginning. But looking back at it, I think that the teamwork went very well. My contribution to the process was very variated. First of all I documented everything, not only the notes in my dummy, but I also remembered my group members to document everything and take pictures of our brainstorms and models. I think I was also the one who remembered my group members of the deadlines and made sure we had enough time to finish everything. During the first half or the course my specific task was to make the prototype and I was the actress in our video. My specific tasks during the second half of the process were; creating a digital 3D sketch of our product, writing the pitch and complete the physical portfolio. We divided all the tasks very well in our group. Everybody had his or her own task and we checked each other to make sure that everybody did his task and if everybody would be able to finish it before the deadline. We had no discussions during the dividing of the tasks and most of us were very proactive. Except for one person. Because this person was not proactive at all we constantly had to tell her what to do. During brainstorms she did not say a word and if we asked her for her opinion she always said: ‘well I don’t really care what we choose/do’. Even during the exhibition she did not say a word. Sometimes this was very difficult but we decided to accept it and work even harder with the rest of the group. We also tried to talk about it with her but this was not very useful. The thing I learned from this is that it makes no sense in situations like this to be mad or whatever. We had to cape with the situation and maybe we spoiled too much of our energy during the first weeks by being irritated because of this person. Next time I move on quicker and just divide this persons work among the other group members without making a big deal of it.

Reflection From Idea To Design Group 9: Evelien Deuring
In the course From Idea to Design, our assignment was to go through the design process. This process, consisting of for example prototyping, pitching, videos, posters, brainstorming and values, was explained to us in all the lectures. This assignment was a group project, our group consisted of five people. Also we had a coach, from her we received feedback on our work. My task in the first half of the quartile was to edit, direct and complete the video. In the second half, my task was making the poster, and directing editing and completing the video. This was assigned to me because I was the only person in our group that had previous experience with editing video and also I had used Photoshop and Illustrator before. I learned more than I thought during this project. First of all, right from the start I felt like I had to take the lead. So I emailed everyone, and also in meetings I took some kind of lead. From this I learned I had it in me to be a leader, and I liked being one too. Another thing I learned from this course is working and thinking in steps. Before I was a person that worked very messy (“van de hak op de tak”), but during this course we had to follow all the steps one by one and that made me realize that it actually works great that way. While editing the video I worked with Moviemaker and with Adobe Premiere and for the overlays in the first movie I used Windows Expression Encoder. Looking back at the editing I think I could have used Moviemaker throughout, because for me the software is so much easier to work with, and we didn’t need much complicate things, except the overlays. For those I went online and took a course in Expression Encoder. I wish I had access to a better program, but at the time it was the only program that worked. I didn’t like working with this program because of the terms that are used, because for someone that doesn’t know a lot about video editing like me, it is almost impossible to work with. So I googled my way through the overlays. This was a valuable lesson too, because I realized when something doesn’t work, or when you don’t know how to figure something out you just have to go online and search for it. Of course you have to pay attention to what you believe online, but most of the time internet is a blessing. For the future I want to develop more skills in prototyping, because in this project I didn’t get a chance to do so. Also, I want to become more skilled in using Photoshop. Every week we had a lecture on a new subject. Twice a week, mostly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, we would meet with our group and work on the given assignments. My group had two boys and two other girls. I think that looking back at our teamwork, we worked well together. In our group there was one girl that didn’t really fit in. She didn’t have WhatsApp, Facebook or Wi-Fi at home, so communicating with her was very hard. Also in our meetings, she didn’t say anything and left right after it was over without saying a word. Because of this she almost pulled herself out of the group and didn’t do very much to improve the group with her skills. The rest of the group members all did their very best to contribute as much to the group as they could. Like for example the boys from my group did in the second half of the course all they could to make a working prototype. And the girl with Wi-Fi, did all she could to document everything in her dummy, and also she kept pushing us to do so too. All together I think we did well as a group. The group members helped each other and did what the girl without Wi-Fi didn’t. We learned a lot, not only from the lectures and the teacher coaching, but also from each other.

Reflection From Idea To Design Group 9: Fabienne Crans
This reflection is about thinking back on the course From Idea to Design, in which we had to design a product for, in this case, the design case Health. First of all, I will tell about my learning points from the course and the design process itself. After that I will discuss the functioning of the group and my role in it.
First of all, even though it didn’t always work for me, I learned different ideation methods, of which I thought role play was particularly interesting and might be useful in the future, because it is a perspective of which I never thought of before. We tried out ‘5-3-5-brain-writing’; we are a group of five and wrote down three ideas each in five minutes for a couple of times. But this particular method of ideation didn’t really work for me. I prefer to google for subjects within the design case and start thinking on how to tackle the problems, in this case mostly illnesses, that I come across. Another way of ideation that I found was more useful, is to google for existing designs and be inspired to generate new designs. We also tried out some sketching for the most interesting ideas, but I didn’t really think that was very effective. After that we decided to think of another ten ideas each, which I thought was more effective, even though my ideas weren’t appreciated much in either methods. I do think it was rather difficult ideating, because the subject of the assignment is really wide-ranging.
I also got acquainted with some selection methods, which I thought were handy, even though we didn’t use it that extensively. And I think those values are still a bit vague. Next to this, during the lectures, definitions were discussed, which were rather clarifying. And lastly I learned the value of prototyping, of which I have always underestimated the usefulness. We first thought of a square bottle, that fits in your bag and won’t fall over, in which case you may not find it. But this didn’t turn out to be a very nice shape when actually using it. And it was also handy for finding the best mechanism.
Then the functioning of the group and my role in it. First we did some things separately. We all started doing research for the three design cases and then decided which one to choose. I didn’t really have preferences for any one of the design cases, so I agreed on Health.
We did have some struggle selecting an idea and so we had very little time left and as a result we almost immediately had to film the midterm-video. Since I wasn’t informed in time of when to meet the day we were going to film, I wasn’t able to contribute much to the storyboard. And as we already decided on who would film, and the prototype was already made and there was only one person who needed to be in the video, there wasn’t anything else for me to do with regards of the midterm-video. And since I have never worked with moviemaker or other programs I couldn’t do that either. So I will just honestly say that my part in het midterm-video was minimal. I only contributed on thinking about the text in the video and I did also think about a product name, but neither of my names were chosen.
After that, we all had to sketch an idea for the final design with mechanism. I thought mine looked great, but unfortunately wasn’t useful. Then, we divided the tasks that were yet to be done. At first I had to make the poster for the exhibition and after I made a beginning, the tasks were reshuffled a bit, which I thought wasn’t very convenient. Then I made the sketch of our final design by computer and the frame for the portfolio with annotations, which was later modified a bit and made into a physical portfolio by another group member.
Finally the exhibition, I think it went rather well, since there weren’t many questions, which I think is always a good thing, and in most cases everyone understood the design.
In conclusion, sometimes it wasn’t very structured, but that’ll be easier in the future, since I now know what works best for generating ideas.

Reflection From Idea To Design Group 9: Tijn Dieker
In the course ‘From idea to design’ we learned the basics of a design process. I learned about ideation, brainstorming, choosing the best idea, making a good video of our idea, making a prototype and pitching.
The first phase of the assignment was about creating a lot of ideas. I learned a lot of methods to generate ideas, which I definitely going to use in the future. First I knew only one method. Moreover, I did think that other methods were not going to help to generate more and better ideas. However, after trying a lot of them it became clear that it was really useful. We generated a lot of ideas but further in the process it became clear that it was beneficial to have more ideas. So we learned to generate more ideas next time. The next step was choosing one of the ideas. I think that it did go pretty good, but not great. Almost every idea was a bad idea so we did not have much very good ideas left. Maybe it is because we were too critical or maybe we judged to fast or we did not have much good ideas. I learned to look at values separately in this course. Before I could not name why I thought one product was better than another. I had only an overall view, now I can judge a product better. After the struggle of thinking that all our ideas were too bad, we did look back at our earlier ideas and picked the best one. When we focused on our product I learned you do not have to put too many functions in your product because the main purpose becomes less strong. We focused too much on additions while our main idea was not totally developed. During the overall process I sometimes thought the process of our product did not matched with the lectures. For example we wanted to make progress faster but the lecture was about something we already did and sometimes the lecture was going about something we did not do by that time. However at the end I think it worked out great. We stayed on track with the homework assignments and after that we improved our product every week. This showed me that this is the right planning for going through the whole process.
The collaboration with the other students went very well. I got along with everyone, and I did things I was best at. So did anyone in our group. I did not take the leader role. However I think that I was an equally important member of the group as everyone. I designed the logo with Photoshop, first I had no clue how it worked but tried different things and I did get some skills. In the future I want to become better at it. By do more tasks in the group that need to be done with Photoshop or a similar program. I also designed the mechanics of our prototype with paper and made it partly in plastic. We did have did have 2 meetings per week with our group. In that time we worked together in a good way and also divided tasks. We decided what everyone had to do before our next meeting. In the ideation phase we really supported each other to come up with great ideas. I think that I generated a lot more good ideas because of my group members supported my creativity. Sometimes it was really hard for me that I cannot do what I thought was the best. I managed to control myself and compromise, this is also something I have learned. One person in our group was more quiet and had a hard time being an equal member of the group. She did not really speak up and said what she wanted or thought. I tried to be positive towards her and tried to help her to be more open. However it did not really work. I think she has to be a bigger part of the process, for me it looked like she did less than the other part of the group.
Overall I am surprised about how much I learned in this course. I think that we did a really good job. At the beginning I was a little anxious because I thought that we were not able to do everything in time. Nevertheless every week I did get a better feeling about our process. Moreover, at the end I think we did well.

Reflection From Idea To Design Group 9: Arthur De Volder
From idea to design brought many of us for the first time in contact with the design process. We learned during lectures about brainstorming, ideation, prototyping, etc., but the most interesting and import part was doing and run with your group and with help from a coach, through the design process, from idea to design.
At the beginning of the course, everything was really vague. It soon became clear that we just had to follow the steps. The lectures were on Thursday and on Tuesday we had a weekly meeting with our project coach Annika where we discussed our progress. On those two days we had almost every time a group meeting. We planned our meetings good and they were most of the time efficient. In the first half of the course we spent most of our time on sharing research, brainstorming, selecting ideas and finally chose one, where we must make a video about. Before we could make the video we must make clear for ourselves what the product should be. When I have to do an individual task it is difficult to me to be ready before the deadline, but with the group it went very well and we never had stress for a deadline. When we got the grades for that video, I became extra motivated and more convinced about our idea. The last 4 weeks were different, we know what must happen and we had to plan it by ourselves. We chose to divide the work and evaluate and help each other during the meetings. Our biggest problem came in the first weeks. Everything was new and I found it very hard to come with a lot of original ideas. I had the feeling that I didn’t know enough about generating them and that caused a real struggle. When we had to select our best one, we left with nothing. It was really frustrating and there wasn’t time to repeat the whole process, so we just picked one. I learned that it is important to go on, don’t waste time by discussing erased ideas and you may not be scared to cut the cord. During the project in the second semester I really want to improve my brainstorm techniques and get more out of it. Another interesting lesson was to narrow the user. At first we had a product that could be used by everybody (we thought), but it is much more effective if you have specific users and really design for them. I will absolutely think earlier about them in future projects. If I look back, I think that I can be happy about the performance due it was the first time. I had some stress for the final presentation of our product, but that was unnecessary, everything went well and I was a happy person after it.
We run through the design process as a group. The roles from each person became soon clear and I think that everybody felt comfortable with their position. Evelien and Maxime took the lead and they did that very. The closer week 8 came, the more prominent Maxime became. She checked everything and lost nothing in mind. Also Evelien was very busy with editing the videos and making the poster. She was the only one who had experience with that, so we were all very happy that she was a part of our team. For next year, I would like to be also able to edit videos and work with Photoshop. Tijn and I had a similar role. We both work hard together with Maxime and Evelien during the brainstorms and shared our thoughts and ideas. All of us four were also critical of each other and that kept us sharp. In the second half of the course Tijn and I worked out the prototype and the mechanism. We tried to make a waterproof, real working prototype, but that wasn’t easy at all. Our fifth member fit less in our group. She was always extremely quiet during the meetings and also afterwards it was hard to get in touch with her because she hadn’t WhatsApp, Facebook or any kind of platform to communicate easy and fast as a group. We were wondering if it was our fault that she was so quiet, so we asked her why she was so shy. She said that it has nothing to do with us and it was her character. When the tasks had to be divided, we asked her to make the annotated portfolio because she didn’t suggest to do a specific task, as usual. The portfolio was fine and Maxime finished it to something amazing.
I liked this course very much. It was very interesting and showed us that there is still a long way to go. It shows also what my working points are. Overall the group was very nice and I never reluctantly went to a meeting. I am looking forward to the big work in the second semester!
