Batch wise learner data again in Facilitator login

Course Home Page Click on e-Portfolio Button

List of e-Portfolio in Course work tab

Click on Attach a File button to upload solved assignment

• Enter Size of attached file Browse the assignment file Learner will give remark and the attach the assignment

Suppose the assessment file is saved on desktop must be in .ZIP format

Browse for file to upload and click on Open

After Learner Remarks and attached file size click on attach button

Learner can remove file or upload a new if wrong file is attached after that click on Submit

See the Solved assignment in My Portfolio section and wait for Facilitator evaluation

Learner can re download Assignment any time by click

Now Facilitator will login for e-Portfolio evaluation

Click on Manage ePortfolio link

Select Course RSCIT MS Office English for RSCIT learner for WAVE course Learner select according

Facilitator will see the ePortfolio submitted by Learner, here status is Submitted and Open for Remark.

After selecting the assignment facilitator first download it and evaluate

Facilitator will open the assignment and check

After checking facilitator will fill following forum and Approve or Reject the ePortfolio submitted by learner and allow for Exhibition

Browse For Thumbnail Icon

Click on Submit finally

Now Status is Considered for Exhibition

Select the duration of publish Assignment give reason for that and finally click on Publish button

Edit Existing Exhibition

Compiling ePortfolio for HTML file Select Learner Name

Click on Compile button

Saving the Compiled ePortfolio

Compiled Portfolio will save with Learner Name

Now Extract the ZIP file

Compiled ePortfolio will look like this, click on html file to open

ePortfolio submitted by learner and compiled will open in Internet Explore browser

Now learner will login to see the evaluation done by Facilitator

Consider for Publish will display in each learner’s login

By clicking on View All Exhibition each learner will see the list of published assignment

Open Work Section where learner can create portfolio and solve it by own

Browse for solved assignment

Click on attach button

Click to view the attached open work

Suppose Facilitator just approve the eportfolio submitted by learner not publish

Select Course

Facilitator will see the ePortfolio submitted by Lerner, here status is Submitted and Open for Remark.

After checking facilitator will fill following forum and Approve or Reject the ePortfolio submitted by learner and allow for Exhibition

Fill the details for posting portfolio and attach trailer and reference for portfolio
