Filtering Area : 1.27 Sq Meter approx. 51 litres capacity and 2500litres/hour Capacity is acceptable.
The unfiltered liquid is fed into the filter under positive pressure where liquid travels in downwards direction and find its
way through opening on sides of the filter plates. As the liquid pressure, increases the filter media holds the foreign particles
and allows only clear
filterate to pass through the central channel formed by inter-loc king pressure cups to the outlet. Filteration is continued until
the ca- ke holding capacity of the unit is reached or until the filterate rate becomes too slow owing to cake resistance.
Features Horizontal plate filter press is enclosed construction, preventing evaporation, oxidation, leakage and fumes escaping from
the product.
Filter plates require to available in two sizes. Deep plate for large percentage of cake holding capacity and shallow plate for
small percentage of cake holding capacity.
Horizantal filter plate and even thickness of cake, prevents the cake, dropping as well as cracking, thus assuring better
filtrate quality.
The filtration area and cake holding capacity can be increased or decreased according to requirement.
Provided with suitable pump mounted on S.S. trolley fitted with fiber castors. Manufactured from S.S 316 quality, argon
arc welded and mirror polished.
Provided with additional plates, frames, filter cloths and with suitable pump depending upon the viscosity of liquid and out
put.

3. AUTOMATIC LIQUID LINE:-
The unit should comprises of 30” Turn Table, Automatic Four Head Liquid Filling, Single head Capping Machine &
Sticker Labeling Machine..
TURN TABLE (30 INCH DIA.)
DESCRIPTION: Stainless steel Scrambler & Unscrambler, which is familiar as turn table. This should built on MS Square frame,
solid guide rail & reduction gear box for jerk less & noiseless performance. Turntable should be useful to ensure
total synchronization, uniform flow of container and to take a turn at 90 degree to suit different machines and
purposes for automatic transfer of container for further operation.
OPERATION: Container to be loaded on turn table manually or automatically will rotate on disc of turn table. During rotation of turn
table, the container to be guided by a SS strip towards outlet path. The output of turn cable should be maintained by A.C.
Frequency drive.

AUTOMATIC FOUR HEAD LIQUID FILLING MACHINE DESCRIPTION: All change parts to achieve filling
range should be supplied along with the machine.
Automatic Volumetric Liquid Bottle Filling Machine should works on volumetric principle with diving nozzles. The unit
should be compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt finish body, s h o u l d consists of S.S. Slat
Conveyor, Reciprocating Nozzle with self-centering devices & SS Syringe. No container No filling system
arrangement s h o u l d b e o f standard features of the machine. The main drive of the machine and conveyor drive
should consist of A/c Motor with synchronized variable A/c Frequency Drive.
OPERATION: Containers moving on SS Slat conveyor, feed below the filling nozzles through a settable twin pneumatically operated
stopper system. The twin pneumatically operated stopper system and reciprocating nozzles should precisely match for
centering of container below nozzles, to avoid spillage of liquid on container. To minimize foaming adjustable nozzle
should reciprocate according to filling dose, nozzle should go upwards slowly from bottom level of bottle towards
neck during filling. The dosing block with a hexagonal bolt fitted below syringes to easily set the fill size.

AUTOMATIC SINGLE HEAD SCREW CAP SEALING MACHINE
DESCRIPTION: The Automatic Screw Cap Sealing Machine should be precision built on sturdy welded MS frame to be completely
enclosed in stainless steel sheet and doors to be providied to facilitate the servicing of machine.
OPERATION: The feed container moving on conveyor belt should be fed into star wheel, bringing the container below the sealing head in
the subsequent indexing part, mean while the bottle pickup a cap from the delivery chute of cap feeding bowl, where the
body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head, where the sealing head is performing perfect
operation of threading & sealing.
AUTOMATIC SELF ADHESIVE ROUND BOTTLE STICKER LABELING MACHINE WITH SERVO MOTOR
& HMI:
DESCRIPTION: The Automatic Vertical Sticker Labeling Machine should be users friendly. The machine to be used for full/partial wrap
around labeling on different size of round containers. It should be capable of labelling 60 – 100 containers per
minutes depending on products and label size. It should be equipped with roller spacing device.
OPERATION: The round containers positioned on conveyor to be released at equal distance by creating space between two containers with
the help of roller spacing device. At the labeling point, an electronics product sensor should senses container & releases a
label from self adhesive label roll. The sensed round container should moves on conveyor and picks the released
label. Then the labeled container moves further through a rubber pressing belt & stationary rubber pad which ensures neat
& perfect fixing of label on the container diameter.
Unit should be supplied with 5 line Batch Printing Device. (Inkjet printer)

5. HIGH PRESSURE BOTTLE RINSING MACHINE (Suitable for Plastic/Glass Bottles)
The machine should be of compact type. . The multifunction multi featured machine should comply with the GMP

requirements of glass and plastic bottles. The machine should operate on the rotary principle with „GENEVA‟ mechanism
and required manual loading and unloading of bottle.
The bottles should be loaded on rotating platform and should be cleaned in series of operations. Specially designed bottle
holders should be provided to hold bottle with varying neck diameter. The bottles should be placed in an inverted position
in these cup shaped holders. Spraying showers dose the external cleaning of the bottles. Solenoid valves should be
provided to enable the regulation of wash timing and sequence of various washing media to suit specific requirement.

The high pressure HIGH PRESSURE BOTTLE RINSING MACHINE should have the following features:

3. (A) Automatic Eye Drop Filling & Plugging Machine

(B) Automatic Single Head Rotary Bottle Screw Capping Machine
It must be suitable for screw capping of bottles. Machine should be suitable for round or other shape of glass, plastic, PET,
LDPE, HDPE bottles with approx production speed of 20 to 60 bottles per minute depending on bottle diameter, bottle
height, bottle shape and cap size. Machine should be made from stainless steel matt finish on M.S. frame structure with
stainless steel cladding/enclosures.
Machine should be equipped with vibratory type bowl feeder depending on cap shape and size for continues feeding of cap
for online operation on any liquid or powder filling line. Machine should be suitable for various sizes of bottles and caps
with the help of change parts.
The filled bottles should get fed on feeding conveyor through back pressure of the liquid filling machine conveyor and fed
into an in feed star wheel by in-feed worm.

Electrical Heating
The Air inside the Tray Dryer should be heated by "U" tube S.S.304 air heaters, each of 1 KW. The heaters
should be fitted on the sides of the dryer to facilitate uniform heating. Maximum temperature attained inside
the dryer should be 100° C and also it should be be indicated and controlled by a Digital Temperature
indicator cum controller over full range of heating load.
Total Heating Load For 24 Trays Dryer should be 6 KW. The Heater should be inserted inside tubular pipe to
prevent it from becoming RED HOT. The terminals of the heaters should be brought outside the dryer to
make it more safe for operations for solvent based products.
Air Circulation
Air inside the dryer should circulated by one heavy duty axial flow S.S.304 blower fitted on a shaft of and
driven by 1 H.P. through belt. The special design of the Blower ensures uniform air circulation so that there is
uniform air current over the entire charge loaded in the Trolley inside the dryer. The working of the motor
should indicated by lamps in the control panel.
Trays
