Andrew P. Lee Managing Director

Mr. Lee is a Managing Director of Citi Community Capital (CCC) within the Municipal Securities Division of Citi. He co-heads the Structured Lending and Investment Group (SLI) with Doug Auslander. SLI's primary responsibility is to lead a team that finances transactions which fulfill Citi's commitment to community reinvestment in neighborhoods we work and live.

Mr. Lee has been with Citi since 1992 working in municipal financial products and in Citi's financial division gaining an expertise in tax-exempt bonds and loans, securitizations, tender option bond trusts, total return swaps and other municipal structured products. Since 2009, he has focused on Citi's community development lending and investing activities.

Mr. Lee graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School with a B.S. in Economics, concentrating in Accounting and Finance and received an MBA from New York University - Stern School of Business. Andy is a CPA in the State of New York and is a Registered Principal with the National Association of Securities Dealers (Series 7, 24, 53 and 63)..
