A journey of learning at Andiappan Yoga Ashram Intense yet calming. Exhausting yet energising. Exhilarating, and enjoyable. This is how Malaysian yoga instructor Tiara Tse described the 18 days of her Yoga Teacher Training, conducted at the Andiappan Yoga Ashram in Chennai, South India. “I have learned to be more self-aware of my body, mind and inner self,” she said. “[And] I have decided to further my journey in yoga by enrolling in the 200hrs Intensive Yoga Therapy Teacher Training Course to gain more knowledge in all aspects of yoga.” Tiara hopes to run her own yoga studio when she migrates to South Korea. The Andiappan Yoga Ashram is home to yoga teacher trainings attended by yogis all over the world.
