Practice Areas: Robert M Horkovich has obtained over $5 bil-lion in settlements and judgments from insurance companies forhis clients over the past decade. His victories also include five landmarkstate Supreme Court Decisions, two ground breaking Court ofAppeal decisions, eight jury verdicts and eight bench trial deci-sions in favor of policyholders. He presently is lead insurancecounsel for the WCI Trust in the Chinese Drywall multi-districtlitigation.
