The DSCC is a national party committee formed by the Democratic members of the U.S. Senate to help raise funds to provide ser-vices for Democratic U.S. Senate incumbents and candidates throughout the country. The DSCC can accept donations from indi-viduals up to $28,500 per calendar year and from PAC’s up to $15,000 per calendar year. Under federal law, the DSCC may con-

tribute up to $39,900 per election cycle to candidates for the U.S. Senate.
