Practical Implications:• Wrist muscles form a wrist bandha.• Generate strength here with regulated load activities.

Complicated Students:• Adjust postures for discomfort:

• Hands wider / turned out (maybe in?)• Change elbow position• Reduce load (go to knees)• Load forearms• Fists last (unsteady!)
