Hi,

My name is Anna and I have been racing bicycles since I was 5 years old. Cycling is in my blood, as a child my weekends were spent getting muddy at cyclo-cross races in the winter and sprinting against my friends at the velodrome in the summer. With a couple of national titles under my belt I created a female-only team in my adult life and am sponsored to ride my bike all over the UK and Europe. With a fleet of bikes in my garage, I don’t mind if I’m riding up the road on a mountain in Tenerife or throwing myself off a big jump on my BMX, so long as I am on two wheels.

Work life naturally revolved around the bike, coaching adults and children and more recently, presenting on ITV4’s The Cycle Show. I spotted a huge gap in the market, time and time again hearing the complaint that there was no fashionable cycle clothing for women. Taking trends from other outdoor sports that embody passionate, outdoorsy and independent women, I started designing clothing that had personality, style and not least, performed to the highest level. The scribbles turned into garments, the garments were tested, improved, exhibited and photographed, finally breathing life into clothing for women who ride bikes. As such, AnaNichoola was born.
