What changes have you noticed about the proportion of agricultural soil over the last 50 years?
Areas which have been used for grazing, are now plowed or used for agricultural crops. We explain this by the fact that there are already large machines with which it is possible for these fields to be processed, which determines a developed agriculture at the expense of livestock disappearing.

Is the population increasing or decreasing?
table of population change
Vidin is the 20th largest town in Bulgaria. The population of the whole northwestern Bulgaria has decreased since 1946. This reduction is particularly sensitive in Vidin District, which in 1946 has so far been melted in half. In many municipalities is observed depopulation of the population (the proportion of pensioners is over 30%). Currently Vidin Region is the smallest in terms of population in Bulgaria, while the area is the 15th out of all the 28 districts.
Environmental implication
Vidin town
Environmental implications of waste management
With regard to household waste separate waste collection and creation of materials that degrade in less time are increasingly used , which do not lead to bad consequences for organisms in agriculture. The objectives are organic soil nutrition and less use of fertilizers.
Environmental implications of energy consumption
We need to produce energy using solar, water, wind power, bio-energy and others that do not pollute the environment. That is, to produce energy saving light bulbs and appliances with minimal power consumption.
