In order to minimise the risk of any impact in case of breakdown in a production
line on a single factory, Ramboll have chosen to spread the production to a
number of manufacturing companies.
Currently we are using 4 factories with the following capacities:
China – 200 monopoles / month
Thailand – 50 monopoles / month
Indonesia – 50 monopoles / month
Additionally for capacity we have more than 15 manufacturing plants around
the globe, producing towers and some of these we could use for monopoles.

Any tower, mast or monopole leaving for site will be carefully checked against the fabrication drawings, bills of material and packing lists to ensure that everything is present and ready when arriving on site.
