Mission Statement The mission of the South Carolina Early Childhood Association (SCECA) is to

During the annual
workshop with Dr.
Thomas Moore,
there was an
opportunity for
everyone attending
to walk into the
Preschool Garden
at Bridgeport
United Methodist
Church for a
bubble blowing
extravaganza.
Participants were
given bubble
blowers to use
while Dr. Moore
sang and the local
Television network
recorded.
