We offer custom designed / die-cut inserts in either GalleryBoard (colored, textured), Bare Value (uncoated fiberboard) or White/Black PE Foam, that is made from up to 90% consumer waste and recyclable as a plastic #4. Inserts are custom made; a fiberboard-made insert’s run price will be in one of the 5 price groups (depending on the size of the box it goes into), and it will also incur three 1-time fees of design, prototype and tooling. A PE foam insert will be priced by customer service per the # of cavities and thickness, and will also incur the 1-time fees of design, prototype and tooling.To get started, we’ll need a set of the contents that will go inside the insert.
