1995 – Set up the Cartoon Network Animation studio in Burbank, California. The studio is one of the biggest in the world.

2005 – became a partner and CEO of global production and distribution company, Moonscoop, where he launched the children’s multiplatform Video on Demand, Kabillion Network with partner Comcast, and Studio 100, serving as the network’s CEO.

Partnered with broadcasters Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network and Discovery Kids. 2010 - launched Home Plate Entertainment (HPE) using his experience and vision to create a studio that has taken advantage of the growth in the worldwide children’s and family entertainment business.

International Award winning producer/director with over 30 years experience. Children’s TV Projects include:

“Stammer School” 2011 BAFTA nominated children’s documentary for CBBC, Gold Camera winner at US International Film Festival, IVCA best TV programme.

“I am Ethan” documentary for CBBC, winner of the 2015 New York Festivals Silver medal for the best youth programme, and the 2014 EVCOM Clarion award for best broadcast programme.

“Ghost Street” children’s drama, winner Royal Television Society best drama, four IVCA awards and a New York Festivals Silver medal for best youth programme.

“The Conkerers” children’s drama, IVCA and winner of the Bronze Palm at the Mexico International Film Festival.

International Award winning writer and composer with over 25 years experience, studied script writing with Chris Vogler who also has been a mentor to the Shudan project.

Robert has also won 28 international awards for his work, which includes:

Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee” composed the official song in 2012 which reached No.1 in the UK charts

“Thomas & Friends” composer for the BAFTA winning children’s TV series for 12 seasons, which is also the biggest TV programme for young children in the world.

“History of the World” BBC1 Landmark series seen around the globe

Project Principals – Wang Xiao Li

Xiao Li is the 12 Guardians’ China based executive producer and with her considerable broadcast and business acumen has procured key contacts in China that have led to the project gaining support from the Chinese Government and large corporations.

With over 15 years experience in Media, Branding and Communication, she has made cross border co-productions with French, South African and Australian TV.

She is also responsible for bringing to China major European luxury brandssuch as Salvatore Ferragamo, Yachts makers Ferretti and Berretti, Pagani sports cars, The Antwerp Diamond Centre and Expo Milano 2015
