    1.Introduction to AMSSystem Overview

    Purpose of this document is to provide you the overview of Archive management system .AMS is online

    portal to facilitate student for making request for activating archive viewing by logging into the system.

    System will record the request into the database and activate the student for viewing archive at his/her

    current study center and at specified date and time. More details for the same are discussed in later

    topics of this document.

    2.AMS :Getting StartedAccessing the Application

    To access the application, go to URLhttp://www.hugheseducation.com/Click on AMS (As shown in the below Picture ,

    And It displays the Login screen as shown in figure 1

    Enter the following details:

    Student ID: Enter the student id. Password: Enter the Arel password.Click on the Login button to logon to the application. It displays the Homepage. Refer to Figure 3: AMS homepage

    If login credentials are incorrect then login page is displayed with error message. Refer to Figure 2: AMS Login page

    Enter the following details:

    Student ID: System will fetch it automatically

    Session Date : Input Session date you want to view archive and it should be within 15 days from current date State:: Select state from dropdown City Select City from dropdown. Center: Select current study center. View Date : : Input date you want to view the archive and it should be 5 days after the current date Start Time : :At what time you want to view the archive End Time : :End time will fetch automatically and will be 5hrs from start time selected Reason : Reason for absent from session.

    1. Click on the Submit button to view list of sessions for the requested date. It displays the Sessions Page.Refer to Figure 5: AMS.

    2. If requested date doesnt contain any sessions, that means either student attended all the sessions for the selectedday or there are no sessions for viewing. It displays the session page with appropriate message .Refer to Figure 4:

    AMS.

    3. Student cant place request for same date and time again. If student does this then he will shown message whichgives information for previous placed request. Refer to Figure 6: AMS.

    4. Click on the View Pending Archive button to view list of pending archives of student..Refer to Figure 8: AMS.

    Page displays sessions for the particular selected date.

    Student can select session by clicking radio button.

    On Submit archive request is placed for selected session.It displays page with requested information .

    Refer to Figure 7: AMS.

    HOME

    At any point in the application user can go to HOME page using the home link provided at the top right hand corner of the

    screen. Refer to Figure 3: AMS Homepage.

    Logout from the Application

    At any point in the application user can logout using the Logout link provided at the top right hand corner of the screen. Refer

    to Figure 2: AMS Homepage
