Objective
This instruction guide is here to walk you through the steps of completing your AML certification upon getting licensed. Please follow these instructions step-by-step in order to avoid any issues in getting this information submitted correctly. If you have any questions please send them via email to [email protected].
Step 1:
Select the state your resident license is in. For example, if you just passed your test for the State of Utah, please click UT on the map.

Step 2:
Scroll down to the bottom of the bullet list and select “Life, Annuity, AML, Long Term Care and Health Insurance CE”
Step 3:
Scroll down further to place a check in the box for the AML 2015 – Agent/Rep Responsibilities Under AML Laws. You’ll then need to click the “Check Out” box just above to move to the next screen. There is a fee of $10.95 for this course after adding a state fee of $1.00.

Click “Contine to Finish Order”

Step 5:
Before you complete the check out process you’ll need to enter in some personal info. Remember the Email Address and Password in case you need to come back and login later. Please fill out every field below except for “Company” and “Securities (FINRA) Broker/Dealer” and “CRD” fields. Please send an email to [email protected] to obtain your National Producer Number and License Number with Renewal Date info. You will need this info in order to complete this profile.

Step 6:
Leave the 2 email boxes “Unchecked” and click “Complete Order”
Step 7:
Click “Contine to Finish Order” and then enter your credit card information to approve the transaction. Click “Complete Order” when you’ve finished.

Step 8:
At this point you’ll see a receipt thanking you for your payment of $0.00. You do not need a copy of this receipt. Click the blue bar “to review or start taking your course(s) CLICK HERE” to continue.
Step 9:
At this point you’re ready to begin reviewing the course material and take the 5 question quiz at the end. Close the prompt asking you to review your info.

On your Account Info Page you’ll select to either “Review Course Material” or “Begin Online Exam.” ***DO NOT SELECT “BEGIN PAPER EXAM”*** The course material will take approximately 30 min to complete and the Exam is 25 questions. This is an open book exam, meaning while taking the exam there is a link on each question that allows you to open the study manual for reference.
Once you’ve completed your exam and feel good about your answers click “Grade Course/Exam”
If you passed your exam you’ll see a “Congratulations” screen! Great Job! Continue to “Account Information” to print your certificate.

Step 10:
From this screen you’ll be able to “Save” your certificate by clicking “Print Certificate” below.
You need to save the certificate as a PDF in order to submit it for processing. (See image of the certificate below).

The next step is to upload your certificate through the mywfg.com portal. After logging into the site you’ll need to hover your mouse over the “Administration and Compliance” Menu and select “Back Office Support System (BOSS)”

From this screen, select the AML Certification link and answer your security question:

To upload your certificate select “Other” as the vender used for the AML course and enter the course completion date from your certificate.
Step 14:
Check the box to agree to use electronic signatures, then click the “Continue” button.

Step 15:
You’ll attach your certificate from this screen. Select “No” when prompted if you would like to attach other documents.
Step 16:
Next, you will electronically sign this form confirming the certificate you’re submitting belongs to you. By clicking “Sign Here” the system will create a digital signature for you to approve. Click “Adopt and Sign” to continue. Then select “Confirm Signing” to finish.

Step 17:
If you’ve completed this process correctly, you will be taken to a confirmation page of your submission. Please send an email to [email protected] with your confirmation code in the subject line so we know this has been completed. Also, please attach a copy of your AML certificate to the email because we will need it to complete the appointment process with several companies in the future. Please allow up to 30 days for this certification to appear online. If you have any questions while completing this course, please send an email to [email protected] or contact your Trainer.
