(RBEF) - a non-profit organisation founded by Dr. Ashok K. Chauhan, an
educationist, entrepreneur and a visionary, the Amity Institute of Training
& Development (AITD) is the corporate training wing of Amity University,
Noida, (U.P.) and provides corporate training interventions with a focus on
building individual strengths and enhancing organisational effectiveness
in an ever changing global business environment.
The institution specialises in providing cutting edge services aimed at
fostering talent, maximising individual potential and enhancing productivity.
Training at the institute combines a personalised milieu of “experiential
learning” with emphasis on ‘Case Studies’ and Simulation ‘Games’ conducted

AITD’s skill lies not only in providing training through diverse learning &
development programmes, content development and infrastructure facilities
for various organisations and across different industry verticals but also in
customising solutions after undertaking detailed learning needs analysis.

conducted at the institute’s state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities at
Noida, across all other locations or at the client’s own premises pan India
and abroad.

The fee which covers travel, boarding & lodging,
breakfast, lunch & tea/coffee as well as reading
material is Rs. 20,000/- plus service tax @12.36%
per participant. Organisations sending more than
three delegates under this category will be offered
a subsidised fee of Rs. 17,500/- plus service tax
@12.36% per participant.
Participants intending to commute by their own
conveyance have to pay a fee of Rs. 17, 500 plus
service tax @12.36%. Organisations sending
more than three participants under this category
will be offered a subsidised fee of Rs. 15,000
plus service tax @12.36% per participant.
The fee is payable by cheque in favour of ‘Amity
University, Uttar Pradesh.’ Kindly send your

FEES AND
REGISTRATION
The Workshop focusses on the individual employee
with the objective of improving his/her personal
effectiveness at work. The successful contribution
of an employee at the workplace depends on their
ability to maintain a high level of competence
resulting in confidence by working hard with
positive attitude and focussing on right approach.
Effective time management is a critical factor
for success in the challenging “pressure cooker”
environment in which we operate. Employees who
are personally effective and synergise with other
members of the team are the most valuable asset
of an organisation.

In our workshop, we maximise knowledge assimilation
in the participants through the combination of experiential
learning with the help of exercises, simulated games and
activities, case studies, video led sessions and discussions
on best practices across the world. At the end of the
workshop we facilitate the participants to distill Key
Learning and prepare Action Plan to deliver results.
TRAINERS METHODOLOGY
Travel: Departure from Delhi at 17.30 hours on
21st August 2012 from Amity University, Noida or other
designated location. Those who wish to travel by their own
arrangements may do so, reaching the venue on the evening
of 21st August 2012 or thereafter (Special tariff shall
be offered by the hotel for the additional night’s stay).
Departure for Delhi at 17.00 hours on 24th August 2012
and arrival at Delhi by 06.00 hours on 25th August 2012.
