Description:Client is an American media conglomerate with various worldwide interests in cable and satellite television networks, and movie production and distribution with other companies. Client uses PeopleSoft HCM Application to manage their workforce related data and transactions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Technical developer. Developed custom Application Engine to provide new hires a link on the ESS which will allow them to voluntarily
disclose whether they have a disability or not. This requirement also involved creation of BI publisher reports which gets generated once the employee has submitted the online form.
Developed custom functionality for business being able to create a Hiring Approval Form (HAF) for non-staff. This requirement involved developing custom MSS and ESS components for enabling HR administrators to generate Job Opening IDs. Also created an Application workflow engine which allowed HRs to send this transaction for approvals of various levels in the organization.
Developed various BI publisher reports for creating deal memos for the Hiring Approval Form (HAF) requirement which helped HR administrators to generate the pdf.
Developed PS query which generates a report with HAF details along with Employee information which can be made available to the HR. Also developed PS query which is used as a data source for the BI publisher report generated when we click on Create Deal Memo button on the Create Deal Memo page.
Worked on application package which had various methods to be called by Approval workflow engine..
Project – III : Project Name : PS HCM 9.2 Upgrade Role : Team Member Environment : PeopleSoft HCM 8.9/9.2, People Tools 8.53, SQL Developer Duration : Apr 2014 to Jul 2014.
Description: This project was basically Upgrade project from 8.9 to 9.2 HCM for banking client It was two pass upgrade with first pass from 8.9 to 9.0 and second pass from 9.0 to 9.2 HCM involving Core
HR, TAM and ePerformance Modules.

Technical developer. Involved in Keep/Drop analysis. Involved in various Retrofitting activities mainly in Core HR module.

Description: Global Compensation Framework Project was to create PS queries to view Current Year Total Variable
Compensation data for HRs and Managers. HR users can see Current Year Total Variable Compensation data only for those employees, for whom they
have access to. Managers can view Current Year Total Variable Compensation data, only for their direct reports and their
indirect reports.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Technical developer. Developed a View to select Employee compensation data from Source records. Developed PS Queries to view Current Year Total Variable Compensation data for HRs and Managers. Implemented Row Level Security (Department Security) on local/Global roles defined in HR Users profiles and

Project- VI : Project Name : EMA Payroll Interface Role : Team Member (Developer) Environment : PeopleSoft HRMS v9.1, PeopleTools 8.52, SQL Developer,
Winscp Duration : Feb 2013 –Sep 2013.
Description: The project is a PeopleSoft Payroll Interface Implementation Project.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Technical developer Involved in EMA Payroll Interface implementation by using PeopleSoft Payroll Interface. Developed Payroll Interface that enabled central PeopleSoft HRMS system to share Job, Payroll and Personal
data of each of the 6 European countries employees with the appropriate country payroll vendors in a common global file format.
Involved in configuration set up in Set Up HRMS for Payroll Interface. Developed SQRs for fetching Job and Personal Data and load it into staging tables. Developed Application Engines for sending Error Notifications and Modifying the Export file according to the
format specified by the Vendors.

Technical developer Developed custom SQR which was used for Inbound and outbound Interface in Taleo based hiring Module. Developed custom App Package for New company Acquisitions. Implemented page redesigning and enhancements for W2 Email Notification and New Acquisitions. Carried out large scale FTP using Shell scripting. Worked on ExceltoCI tool for mass load of data into JOB component. Implemented Spiral changes requested with further versions of functional design documents.
