US 'considers arming Ukrainian army’

The spectre of a deepening proxy war in Ukraine involving both Russia and the United States has raised its head after reports that the White House is considering supplying weapons to Kiev. Washington has so far refused to supply weapons to the pro-Western Ukrainian government but reports suggest that a growing number of President Barack Obama's advisors are now warming to the idea. According to the New York Times, General Philip Breedlove, Nato's military commander, supports providing arms and equipment to Ukraine’s hard-pressed forces, which are struggling to quell an uprising led by Russian-backed separatists. Other senior officials including John Kerry, the US secretary of state, are also said to be open shifting American policy and beginning to send weapons to Kiev. It is not clear if the growing number of hawks will be able to sway Mr Obama, who has so far been reluctant to escalate the standoff with Russia.

U.S. sending 'tankbuster' jets to Russia's doorstep

The U.S. Air Force is sending 12 of its 'tankbuster' jets back Europe as part of the response to Russia's intervention in Ukraine. The European command revealed the group of A-10s will be deployed as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve which was set up last year after Putin's troops annexed Crimea. They will be stationed at Spangdahlem air base in Germany along with 300 airman so they can be called to action by Eastern European allies at short notice. Senior officials said the unit were being sent to reassure allies their commitment to European security is still a 'priority' following months of tension in the region. Designed in the 1970s, the aircraft also known as a Warthog was developed to support ground troops against the armoured tanks of the Soviet Union. Tom Jones, vice commander, United States Air Forces in Europe, said in a statement: 'The Air Force is increasing rotational presence in Europe to reassure our allies.’

As Britain ups the rhetoric against Russia, America has begun to respond to the Russian aggression by sending a deployment of fearsome “tank busting” A-10 (known as the Warthog) aircraft to deter Russia from further aggression. The A-10 was used in combat for the first time during the Gulf War in 1991, destroying more than 900 Iraqi tanks, 2,000 other military vehicles and 1,200 artillery pieces. As the article says it was originally designed to combat Russian tanks. America is sending a clear message to Russia by sending these aircraft to Europe.And so Europe stands on the brink. The next 24 hours will show if Putin will abide by the ceasefire or not. If he doesn’t we may see the US and UK authorise military support of Ukraine. We may be on the brink of conflict. The new Cold War may soon be Hot….

Putin suggests US Is sending arms to Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin is suggesting that the United States is already delivering weapons to Ukraine.At a news conference Tuesday in Budapest with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, Putin was asked how he assessed the possible consequences if the United States decides to supply lethal weapons to Ukraine in its fight against Russian-backed separatists. He answered that "according to our information, these weapons are already being delivered.”He said the new weapons for Ukraine could increase the number of victims but "the result will be the same as it is today. This is unavoidable.”

This is interesting… Putin said this week that according to Russian intelligence, America is already delivering weapons to Kiev. He said this in response to a question which asked whether a a shipment of lethal hardware from Washington to Kiev would fan the flames of war in eastern Ukraine. As Putin clearly believes the arming of Ukraine is already underway it may explain why he continues to pour in Russian tanks and missiles despite after agreeing the ceasefire. (see next slide for more info on this).In December the U.S. Congress did pass legislation authorising the sending of arms to Kiev. But while U.S. President Barack Obama has signed the measure into law, he has been hesitant to use the option, amid widespread warnings arming Kiev would be seen as a declaration of war. So America is not officially sending arms but may do so if the situation gets worse. What we know with Bible in hand is that there IS a military push against Russia by the king of the south (US/UK). The push is the final spark….

He warned that Moscow could retaliate to potential new U.S. sanctions, but wouldn't necessarily make them public. And so we see the growing rift, the increasing tension and the final stages leading up to worldwide conflict. There is no doubt we are on the brink of WW3 and the final judgement of the world. U.S. military decimated under Obama, only ‘marginally able’ to defend nation

The U.S. military is shedding so many troops and weapons it is only “marginally able” to defend the nation and falls short of the Obama administration’s national security strategy, according to a new report by The Heritage Foundation on Tuesday.“The U.S. military itself is aging. It’s shrinking in size,” said Dakota Wood, a Heritage analyst. “And it’s quickly becoming problematic in terms of being able to address more than one major conflict.” The U.S. military is rapidly approaching a one-war capable force, said Mr. Wood, a former Marine Corps officer and strategic planner. So [it is] able to handle a major war and then having just a bit of residual capability to handle other minor crises that might pop up. But it is a far cry from being a two-war force.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday brushed aside criticism from US President Barack Obama of his speech to Congress, in which he warned Washington was paving the way to a nuclear-armed Iran. The White House was infuriated by Netanyahu's address Tuesday to a joint session of the US Congress, where he laid out Israeli concerns at an emerging world deal with Iran on its nuclear programme. Obama, who refused to meet Netanyahu during his 48-hour visit to Washington, dismissed the speech as containing "nothing new," saying the Israeli leader "did not offer any viable alternatives". Israel believes Iran and world powers are likely to reach a deal that eases international sanctions on Tehran without applying sufficiently stringent safeguards to stop it developing nuclear weapons.

Israel is extremely concerned about a possible future deal over Iran’s nuclear program that America is pushing for. The Netanyahu government believes that it will create a nuclear arms race in the Middle East because Iran will be allowed to continue certain parts of its nuclear program. The Obama administration believes that ultimately they cannot stop Iran entirely so a deal that allows Iran to continue in a limited capacity is better than nothing. The two different visions have created a massive gap between America and Israel. In fact America has scaled back some military cooperation with Israel in the last week. With Bible in hand we can say a number of things about these events. Firstly that Iran is pushing towards developing missiles that will destroy large numbers of people. Israel is right to be very concerned about Iran. One day Iran will invade Israel with Russia. Secondly Israel’s greatest ally America is distancing itself - Israel is isolated in the world. The US announced it was stepping up non-lethal military assistance to Ukraine on Wednesday with a $75m (£50m) package that includes armoured Humvees and surveillance drones. Michael Fallon, the UK Defence Secretary, says Britain is also planning to increase its assistance. The moves come as US and Nato officials report that Russia has continued to move men and materiel, including tanks, into eastern Ukraine since the February 12 ceasefire that was brokered in Minsk by Germany and France. The US also announced new economic sanctions to be targeted at officials in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic in Ukraine as well as the Russian National Commercial Bank and a nationalist Russian group. Mr Obama has resisted pressure from Congress and several senior officials in his administration to provide lethal support to Ukraine’s embattled armed forces.

But even more than this Obama has said he is re-evaluating US support of Israel at the United Nations. He was asked directly if he would consider supporting Palestinian statehood at the UN – he replied “we’re going to do that evaluation.” If Israel is divorced by America she will stand alone. With no US veto, Israel will be overrun by the nations that want to divide the land. The breakdown in this relationship may well lead to the breakup of the land….

The United States will not stand by while Iran provides support to Shia rebels who have seized much of Yemen, Secretary of State John Kerry said on Wednesday. "There have been – there are, obviously – flights coming from Iran. Every single week there are flights from Iran and we've traced it and know this," Kerry told PBS television in an interview. America has suddenly shifted from positive statements about the nuclear deal to making threats against Iran. Secretary of Defence Ashton Carter said Saturday: “We have the capability to shut down, set back and destroy the Iranian nuclear program and I believe the Iranians know that and understand that.” Iranian media headlines screamed: US Secretary of Defence Ashton Carter has threatened Tehran with war. US, Russian war games rekindle Cold War tensions

Russia is so close that the F-16 fighter pilots can see it on the horizon as they swoop down over a training range in Estonia in the biggest ever show of U.S. air power in the Baltic countries. The simulated bombs release smoke on impact, but the M-61 cannon fires live ammunition, rattling the aircraft with a deafening tremor and shattering targets on the ground. The four-week drill is part of a string of non-stop exercises by U.S. land, sea and air forces in Europe — from Estonia in the north to Bulgaria in the south — scaled up since last year to reassure nervous NATO allies after Russia's military intervention in Ukraine. U.S. and Russian forces are now essentially back in a Cold War-style standoff, flexing their muscles along NATO's eastern flank.The saber-rattling raises the spectre that either side could misinterpret a move by the other, triggering a conflict between two powers with major nuclear arsenals despite a sharp reduction from the Cold War era.

During a symbolic visit to Estonia last September, Obama said that the defence of the Baltic capitals of Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius were just as important as defending Berlin, Paris and London. Estonia whose capital is Tallinn warmly received these words back then – they only have 5,500 soldiers on active duty and with mighty Russia on their doorstep they need protection. US 'War Games’ mountain complex re-opens

One of America’s most potent symbols of the Cold War is to re-open more than a decade after it was abandoned. Cheyenne Mountain, the subterranean bunker and command centre built beneath Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, is being refurbished by the Pentagon to provide protection for America’s modern defence systems that could be targeted by an electromagnetic pulse attack. The complex was closed in 2006 after the government deemed Russia to no longer be a threat, with NORAD, the North American Aerospace Command, moved to the nearby Peterson Air Force Base. NORAD was housed within the mountain for much of the bi-polar standoff, the organisation’s systems scanning the skies for sign of an impending Soviet nuclear attack. The bunker was created in the Sixties, workmen carving a huge hole in the mountain designed to withstand a 30-megaton nuclear attack. The complex has featured several times in popular culture, most notably in the 1983 film "War Games".

Cheyenne Mountain Complex is 2,000 feet below the granite rocks and made up of 15 three-story buildings protected from nuclear blasts and seismic movement by a system of 1,000 giant springs. The entire complex is designed to withstand a direct hit by a 30 megaton nuclear explosion and has 25-ton blast doors surrounding the complex. It shut down nearly ten years ago as the threat from Russia seemed to subside, but this week the Pentagon announced that Cheyenne Mountain will once again be home to the most advanced tracking and communications equipment in the United States military.This is costing a huge amount of money but shows that the Cold War is back with a vengeance. Everything is building up and preparing for the final judgement of the world.

US troops arrive in Ukraine for training exercises

About 300 US Army paratroopers on Friday arrived in Ukraine for training exercises with national guard units, a move criticized by Moscow and eastern Ukraine's Russia-backed separatist rebels. The troops, from the Italy-based 173rd Airborne Brigade, are to spend several weeks training a total of about 900 Ukrainian national guardsmen. Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich denounced the guardsmen as "ultranationalists ... who stained themselves with the blood of women, children and the elderly during their punitive operations.” Although Interior Minister Arsen Avakov had said the guardsman units could include the Azov Battalion, a far-right formation notorious for using an insignia used by many military units in Nazi Germany, U.S. Embassy spokesman said Azov fighters would not be among those trained.

Putin’s spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, also criticized the American move. "The participation of instructors and specialists from a third country on the territory of Ukraine, where an unresolved intra-Ukrainian conflict remains, where problems persist in carrying out the Minsk agreement, is far from helping resolve the conflict. To the contrary, it enables destabilizing the situation," Peskov said. On Friday Russia warned that the arrival of US paratroopers in Ukraine to train its forces fighting pro-Russian rebels could reignite the conflict, leading to mass bloodshed. It is seen as a step closer to the US supplying weapons to Ukrainians fighting against the rebels.This could well be leading to the “push” mentioned in Daniel 11:40. We know that the king of the south “pushes” at the king of the north. The push is a military provocation. It is this provocation that is the catalyst to the Russian invasion of Israel and beyond…

Obama to back Palestinian state at Security Council

But if true we are getting an insight to movements behind the scenes as Obama looks to punish the new Israeli government formed this week under Netanyahu. To make a coalition deal before the deadline expired, Netanyahu had to concede more power to the right-wing Jewish Home party. The faction is one of the strongest proponents of settlement-building and annexing parts of the West Bank. The new Israeli government is seen as a right wing religious government that would never concede land and enable the Palestinians to have a state. Therefore America could well be moving against Israel to force their hand to make this happen. The Bible says the land will be divided. US-China war 'inevitable' unless US drops demands

China’s armed forces are to extend their operations and its air force will become an offensive as well as defensive force for the first time, in a major shift in policy that will strengthen fears of accidental conflict. A policy document by the state council, or cabinet, said China faced a “grave and complex array of security threats”, justifying the change. The People’s Liberation Army, including its navy and air force, will be allowed to “project power” further beyond its borders at sea and more assertively in the air in order to safeguard its maritime possessions, the white paper stated. The navy will add “open seas protection” to a traditional remit of “offshore waters defence”, it said. The posture risks escalating the tension over disputed islands in the South China Sea and elsewhere in the Pacific, where the United States is determined to protect the interests of allies like Taiwan and the Philippines. Only last week, a US aircraft ignored repeated warnings from the Chinese military to fly a reconnaissance mission over the islands.

Obama did a deal with Iran on July 14th. But he needs to get congress to approve it. The deadline for this approval is September 17 th. US jets will defend favoured rebels in Syria against attack by Assad regime jets, in an extension of their mission which entrenches America and its allies further in the civil war. This looks like mission creep. Two years ago over 1300 people were killed in Syria by a chemical attack by the Assad regime. Britain and America stood on the brink of going to war with Assad - but Russia intervened and war was averted. Two years later despite Obama’s efforts to keep out of the quagmire of Syria , America is slowly being dragged in. The catalyst for America’s involvement was ISIS. ISIS has spread from Iraq into Syria. The US authorised attacks on ISIS in Syria. But this week this was changed to include attacks against the Assad regime itself where so-called “authorised rebels” were operating. Also this week (surely not by coincidence) Russia’s Tass news agency reported that Russian Airborne Troops are ready to assist Syria in countering terrorists. Russian hackers 'attacked Pentagon'

Russian is the leading suspect following a sophisticated cyber-attack on an email network at the Pentagon . The attack in July affected 4,000 military and civilian personnel working for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the network was shut down for two weeks,. The existence of the attack, but not who was behind it, was first disclosed at the end of last month. It was a so-called spear-phishing attack in which people are tricked into opening bogus emails which then infect the network. US officials did not say whether the attack has been linked to individuals or the Russian government but said it was "sophisticated.” One official said: "It was a spear-phishing attack traced to that country (Russia)," Another told NBC News: "It was clearly the work of a state actor.” According to cyber-security companies there has been a large increase in attacks linked to the Russian government since sanctions were imposed last year over Moscow's actions in Ukraine.

On Monday Reuters reported that the United States had asked Greece to deny Russia the use of its airspace for supply flights to Syria. The Greek foreign ministry said the request was being examined. Also this week Bulgaria refused Russian aircraft permission to cross its airspace amid fears that Russia is boosting its military support to Syria. Bulgaria's foreign ministry said it suspected the aircraft were not carrying aid, as Russia claimed. The deployment of new US nuclear weapons in Europe was supposed to be secret, but details appear to have been leaked in recent weeks. The US is planning to replace 20 nuclear weapons deployed at Büchel airbase in western Germany with a more modern variant, according to details first reported by ZDF television. The new version of the weapon is more accurate and less destructive. They can also be fired as missiles, while the older version had to be dropped from aircraft. It has led some to think that governments may be less cautious about using them due their lower power. They are “tactical” nuclear weapons. The world is speeding towards war – but Christ will probably return before Armageddon begins…

The speeches the Pope gave in New York this week are worthy of note as they totally establish him as the anti Christ. Firstly he called Muslim’s his brothers and sisters. From a religious point of view a true Christian cannot call a Muslim his brother or sister. Our brothers and sisters are only those in Christ. He then went on to say that Jesus Christ’s life ended in failure, the failure of the cross!!! He didn’t go on to say anything else! He just left it there. Failure. But the cross, the death of Christ, was VICTORY.It was victory over sin. Hence his resurrection. Obama to overhaul US approach to support rebels

The United States will largely abandon its failed efforts to train moderate Syrian rebels fighting Islamic State, and instead provide arms and equipment directly to rebel leaders and their units on the battlefield, the Obama administration said on Friday.The U.S. announcement marked the effective end to a short-lived $580 million program to train and equip units of fighters at sites outside of Syria, after its disastrous launch this year fanned criticism of President Barack Obama's war strategy.The Pentagon said it would shift its focus away from training to providing weapons and other equipment to rebel groups whose leaders have passed a U.S. vetting process to ensure they are not linked to militant Islamist groups. The strategy switch comes as the Obama administration grapples with a dramatic change in the landscape in Syria's four-year civil war, brought about by Russia's military intervention in support of President Bashar al-Assad. Moscow's intervention has cast doubt on Obama's strategy there and raised questions about U.S. influence in the region.

Experts say that less than 10% of Russian strikes have hit ISIS. 90% at least have hit Syrian rebels. But of course the Syrian rebels are backed by America and Saudi Arabia.

The very two nations mentioned in Ezekiel 38 who oppose the Russian invasion of Israel! Up until now America has tried training the rebels and only then arming them. The trouble is the training has not worked – too many rules were put in place before weapons were released. In fact America said last week that only 5 people had been trained and fully armed! So Obama today has announced the training is being scrapped and the US will just arm the rebels. So America is arming the very people Russia is trying to kill. When Jesus return shortly there will no excuse for us not being ready. Even those without the knowledge of what is to happen can see how WW3 could occur now at any time – even tomorrow! With Bible in hand we have seen (and can see) what is to come because God in his mercy has told us in advance so we can prepare. Only a few weeks ago there was no sign of Russia intending to join this war… and now here we are with Russia sending cruise missiles 900 miles into Syria and bombing everyday against US backed rebels. NATO has said today it is prepared to send troops to Turkey to defend its ally after violations of Turkish airspace by Russian jets. The first stage of WW3 is centred on Syria but it quickly develops into an invasion of Israel.

US and Russia agree to work for 'nationwide ceasefire’

America and Russia agreed to work towards a “nationwide ceasefire” between Syria's regime and opposition groups on Friday when every foreign power with any involvement in the civil war met for the first time. The talks in Vienna drew together implacable enemies on opposing sides of Syria’s conflict, notably Saudi Arabia and Iran. The 17 countries represented around the table included allies of Bashar al-Assad – and supporters of the rebels fighting to bring him down. On Friday, John Kerry, the US secretary of state, was positioned at the head of the negotiating table alongside Sergei Lavrov, the Russian foreign minister. After eight hours of talks – four more than scheduled – all the parties agreed to ask the United Nations to “explore modalities for, and implementation of, a nationwide ceasefire”. The countries also agreed that the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (Isil) "must be defeated". How this would be compatible with a "nationwide ceasefire" was left unexplained.

There were two groups at this meeting. The one group wants Assad gone. The does does not. What is amazing is how these two groups line up. They are almost exactly lined up as Ezekiel 38 prophesied they would. On the one hand there is Russia and Iran who want Assad to stay. On the other hand there is the US, UK, Saudi Arabia who want Assad gone. Ezekiel 38 puts Russia and Iran together. Ezekiel also details the opposing force as US / UK and the gulf states including Saudi Arabia.

These talks are a last ditch desperate attempt to try to draw a line under the ever increasing conflict in Syria that has cost the lives of 250,000 people and displaced millions. We know with Bible in hand the future for Syria is that it will completely fail as

a nation and Damascus will cease to be a city. This time is FAST approaching…

Russia has warned of the risk of a "proxy war" in the Middle East after the US said it would send special forces to Syria. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said this increased the need for co-operation between the US and Russia. US officials said "fewer than 50" troops would "train, advise and assist" vetted opposition forces in fighting the so-called Islamic State (IS). It will be the first time that US troops operate openly in Syria. Mr Lavrov said the US had decided on its move "unilaterally and without any reference to the Syrian leadership”. He added: "I am convinced that neither the United States nor Russia of course want any kind of slide into a so-called proxy war. But to me it is obvious that this situation makes the task of co-operation between the militaries even more relevant.” He was speaking after talks with US Secretary of State John Kerry and UN envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura in Vienna.

The day after the talks both sides showed that they were determined to fight on.America announced it would be sending special forces into Syria to help the rebels. Russia then warned of a “proxy war”. Russia is saying that America and Russia could end up being at war with each other through the different armed forces they are supporting in Syria. The real point is that a proxy war is underway right now.America is pushing back at Russia’s recent involvement in Syria. Although it is a small step it is supposed to send a reassuring message to America’s unsettled allies and show Russia they are not going to back down.Events in Syria are reaching a critical stage. Something will happen to drag Israel into this conflict. Isaiah 17 says this clearly. The removal of Syria as a nation will create the vacuum into which Russia will descend. Ezekiel 38 comes after Isaiah 17 v 1-5.

White House gives up on two state solution peace deal

For the first time in two decades, a the prospect of a negotiated two-state solution is not on the cards, admit White House officials. President Barack Obama has admitted there is no possibility of securing a two-state solution between the Israelis and Palestinians and doubts whether he will even be able to get them back round the negotiating table while he is in office. Ahead of the Washington visit of Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister next week, Mr Obama has made a "realistic assessment" that a peace deal will not happen before he leaves office in January 2017, US officials said. “The president has reached the conclusion that, barring a major shift, the parties are not going to be in the position to negotiate a final status agreement,” said Rob Malley, Mr Obama’s senior Middle East adviser. It marked the first time in two decades where the White House “faces a reality where the prospect of a negotiated two-state solution is not in the cards,” Mr Malley told journalists.

A peace deal will not happen before Obama leaves office in Jan 2017. For the first time in 20 years there is no prospect of a two state solution. But with peace talks off the table what happens now? Normally when peace stalls, war is more likely. But aren’t we expecting some period of peace before Gog invades? Some might say that time exists now. And maybe it does. But consider this intriguing statement in Ezekiel 38 v 8. “In future years you [Gog] will invade a land that has recovered from war whose people were gathered from many nations” We have perhaps always thought the war the land had recovered from as being the long centuries of conflict while Israel was not a nation. But what if this recovering from war is in fact a very recent war. A war that has

not even yet happened – that comes on the people that were regathered to Israel…
