QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE
1) Logging in
Login page

1. Enter your username and password.
You will have received an email with this information when you first registered.
2. Click the ‘Sign In’ button.

2) Using the Registers
Log in as per normal. The default Main menu screen will appear.
There are several ways to access the Equipment Register.
Via the Equipment Tree
On the Main menu, expand the client to show your site.
1. Highlight your site.
2. Click on the “Show Register” button and the Equipment Register screen of all equipment will appear.
Note the equipment register will show all equipment types i.e. Pressure Vessels and Cranes & Hoists.

3. If you only want to see the Pressure Vessel Register or Cranes and Hoist Register, expand the equipment tree and select Pressure Vessels or Cranes and Hoists.
4. Click on the “Show Register” button and only the Pressure Vessels or Cranes and Hoists for your site will be shown on the Equipment Register screen.

5. To toggle between Equipment Type click the back arrow button on your browser and reselect the equipment type for the one you want.
6. Click on the “Show Register” button and only the Pressure Vessels or Cranes and Hoists for your site will be shown on the Equipment Register screen.

Via the Equipment Register
7. Click on the Equipment Register button on the Main menu and the Register Screen will appear.

8. The default Equipment Register Screen will appear with all assets located in the Portal with the following “attributes” displayed.
- Item Name
- Tag#
- Category
- Type
- Job Nos
Filters need to be applied to display the site required information.

Selecting the columns to be displayed
9. To modify the columns displayed left click on the “Visible Columns” drop down menu. This will display the available selection of columns. Each column header will have a tick box to the left of it.
10. Left click on the tick box next to the column title to select or unselect it.
The register will automatically adjust once the box has been clicked.
Note the column order is the same order that you select the tick box of the column header.

Sorting the column order
11. Once you have selected the columns to be displayed you can sort the column order by left clicking on the “Sort Columns” drop down menu. The “Sort Columns” drop down menu will display the column order from left to right for only those columns selected.
12. To move the column order left or right, hover your mouse on the left hand side of the column header and a up down arrow will appear. Click on the up button to move the column to the left or the down bottom to move the column to the right of the register.
Hint. The easiest way to set up a register in your desired format is to unselect all the Visible Columns and then select your desired columns by clicking the tick box of the column header in the order you want the columns displayed.

Save it as your preferred register
Once you have developed the equipment register into your desired format name and save a copy of your register e.g. you could develop a separate Relief Valve Register.
Save your register 13. To save a copy of your register format, click
on the “Equipment Register” drop down arrow located at the top left hand corner of the Equipment Register Screen.
14. Click on the Save new register button and the Save Query window will appear.
15. Type in your Register Name e.g. PRV
Register and click Save.
Using saved registers
The easiest way to use registers is to use your saved register format. You can then apply filters to search for statutory or Duty of Care, inspections due etc.

“Equipment Register” drop down arrow located at the top left hand corner of the Equipment Register Screen.
The dropdown menu will list the saved registers
17. Click on the desired register format and the register will be displayed as per the desired format.

Once the desired register has been developed it can be exported to an Excel file or printed as a .pdf document.
Exporting the register
18. Left click on the Excel button at the top of the register to export to Excel.
The Excel file will be downloaded in .csv format to the bottom left hand corner of the screen
19. Left click on the downloaded Excel file to open the file.
Apply any desired formatting, save and name the excel file as an .xlsx file format to your desired location.

Printing registers
20. Left click on the Print button at the top of the register to print or PDF the register.
21. A new tab on your browser will open displaying a PDF version of the register.
At the top right of the screen there are two buttons, one to print and one to save as a PDF.
22. Left click on the desired button and follow the prompts to complete the desired action.

Advanced searching
The registers screen has advanced searching capability. You can search by
- Item Category e.g. Pressure Vessels, Cranes/Hoist, - Item Type e.g. Accumulator, Air Oil Separator, Horizontal Receiver etc- Attributes e.g. Statutory (Yes / No), Design Registration No, Manufacturer or by any of the “attributes” linked to the equipment- Next Inspection Date Range plus more.
