Step 6. Add Dimension A and B together. Measure this distance from bottom of the inside cabinet door and mark a horizontal line. (See figure 4)

Due to the many different door styles, overlays, and cabinet constructions, the Rev-A-Shelf door mount brackets provide the ultimate in flexibility for ensuring that the positioning of the hole pattern on the door bracket installs with the thick portion of any cabinet door frame. Thus, eliminating any need for adding a sub door panel.

Step 7. Take Dimension C from Step 4 and divide it by two. Measure this distance to the left of the center point on the inside of the cabinet door and make a vertical line. Measure this distance to the right of the center point on the inside of the cabinet door and make another vertical line. (See figure 5)

Step 5. Measure the distance from the bottom face frame to the bottom of the door mount bracket, Noted as Dimension A. Measure your door overlap. Noted as Dimension B as shown in figure 3. NOTE: On frameless cabinets, measure from the cabinet floor to the bottom of the door bracket.

4WCBM Mounting Instructions

Step 1. Remove left and right door mount brackets. Leave product member attached.

Step 2. Remove cabinet door and hinges. Place the product inside cabinet. NOTE: If a rear wood bin is included, remove for installation.

Step 3. Center the wood frame left to right in the opening.Position the front of the wood frame 1/8” back from face frame as shown in figure 1. (1/4” is recommended, if there is clearance in the back of the cabinet.) Attach to bottom of cabinet using (5) #8 x 5/8” pan head screws (included).

Step 4. Re-install door mount brackets as shown in figure 2. Measure outside to outside dimension of door brackets. This is Dimension C.

Step 8Remove Door Brackets from productmembers and screw to inside of cabinetdoor with #6 x 1/2'' flat head screws.NOTE: Line up door bracket to cabinet doorby aligning door bracket with the vertical andhorizontal lines you have marked in Steps 6& 7.(See illustration7)

Step 9Hang door with brackets attached onthe mounting screws on to the productmembers. Tighten bottom screwssecurly. Tighten top screws (withwasher) snugly allowing for futureadjustment.(See illustration 8)

Step 6Add Dimension A and Dimension Btogether. Measure this distance frombottom of the inside of your cabinetdoor and mark a horizontal line.(See illustration 5). Measure centerpoint on inside of cabinet door and markthis point as well.

Step 10.Be sure bumper pads are installed to all fourcorners of door. Push door closed and applypressure to all fourcorners making suredoor is flush with cabinet.(See illustration 9).

Step 11.Pulling from bottom,pull door open.(See illustration 10).Securly tightentop screws.

Step 12.If your cabinet door is not straight(even all around) you can adjust itby loosing the screws on one of thesides, properly align the cabinetdoor and re-tighten the screws.

Helpful Hints:There are several differentways to mount the DoorBrackets to your cabinetdoor ensuring that youare mounting to thethick portion of the door.For instance, spacers canbe used when mounting Door Brackets to theProduct Members (spacer kit included). The DoorBracket can also be installed on the inner side of theProduct Member.

Door Mounting Brackets TapeYour Door Mount Kit also includes two pieces of specially designed two-sided tape. Follow the directions below for quick and easy installationmethod that is usually much faster for “In-Home” retro-fitting:

STEP 1:Follow steps one through four on “InstallationInstructions” (Seperate Sheet).

STEP 3:Peel off one side of each of the (4) tape squares provided andcarefully place over the door bracket flanges

STEP 2:Make sure you have correctlyselected the correct positioning ofour Door Bracket Flanges so thatthe mounting holes will be locatedin a position to insert the fastners(screws) in the thick, outsidesection of the door panel.

STEP 4:Loosen the 4 bolts (2 each side) that connect the door brackets tothe product member bracket. Pull them forward (towards you) andtighten them. This will insure that the face of the door bracketextends slightly outside of the front frame of your cabinet.

STEP 9:• Final adjustment• Loosen the four bolts and make adjustments if necessary.

(See Step 12 on installation instructions)

STEP 7:Carefully pull out door from bottom edge and markseveral holes on each side through the brackets.

STEP 8:Fasten the brackets to the doorusing the tape as a temporary holdwhile you insert your #6 x 1/2"wood screws.

Paso 7: Tome la Dimensión C del Paso 4 y divídala entre 2. Mida esta distancia a la izquierda del punto central en el interior de la puerta de gabinete y haga una línea vertical. Step 11. Pull door open, from the bottom. (See figure 9) Securely tighten top screws.

Step 12. If your cabinet door is not straight (even all around) you can adjust it by loosening the screws on one of the sides, properly align the cabinet door and re-tighten the screws.

If your door is parallel but slightly off center. Loosen screws from step 9, re-position assembly as needed and re-tighten screws.

Step 9. Hang door with brackets attached on the mounting screws on the product member. Tighten bottom screws securely. Tighten top screws (with washer) snugly allowing for future adjustment. (See figure 7)

Step 10. Be sure bumper pad are installed to all four corners of the door. Push door closed and apply pressure to all four corners making sure door is flush with cabinet. (See figure 8)

Step 8. Remove door mount brackets again and screw to inside of cabinet door with #6 x ½” flat head screws. NOTE: Line up door mount bracket to cabinet door by aligning door mount bracket with the vertical and horizontal lines you marked in steps 6 and 7. (See figure 6)

Paso 2: Quite el gabinete de la puerta y las bisagras. Coloque el producto dentro del gabinete. NOTA: Si se incluye un compartimiento posterior de madera, quítelo para su instalación.Étape 2. Enlever les portes et charnières du caisson. Placer le produit à l’intérieur du caisson. Note : Si un casier arrière en bois est inclus, enlevez le pour l’installation.

Paso 3: Centre el marco de madera de izquierda a derecha en la abertura. Sitúe el frente del marco de madera 1/8” detrás del marco de la cara como se muestra en la figura 1. (Se recomienda 1/4” si hay espacio en la parte posterior del gabinete). Ajuste a la parte inferior del gabinete utilizando (5) #8 x 5/8” tornillos de cabeza redonda (incluidos).Étape 3. Centrez le cadre en bois de gauche à droite dans l’ouverture. Placez l’avant du cadre en bois à 3.175mm (1/8”) de l’arrière du cadrage avant suivant lesindications de la figure 1. (6.35mm (1/4”) est recommandé s’il y a dégagement à l’arrière du caisson.) Attacher au plancher du caisson en utilisant les 5 vis pan head #8 X 5/8” fournies.
