specific criteria.
Intro to the AlphaVision Landscape
AlphaVisionpresents a 3-dimensional Landscape of investment securities shownas towers or buildings. The appearance of the Landscape is determined byMetric data.
Metrics in AlphaVision are measurable investment security attributes that canbe visualized through building color, height, size, and sort order.
Examples Metrics:
Price Change
Market Capitalization
Price to Book
Securities with positive values of the Height Metric are displayed above thehorizon, and those with negative values are displayed below.
Securities with positive values of the Color Metric are shown by default in shadesof green and those with negative values in shades of red.
Groups ofsecurities are represented as blocks of buildings (you can group byIndustry, Sector, etc.).
The Sort Metric determines the size (footprint) of buildings and how securitiesare sorted within Groups. The default sort order is Front to Back, Left to Right;i.e., the security with the greatest value is the largest building, positioned at thelower left of the Group.
You can use Filters and Metric Ranges to view only the securities that matchspecific criteria.
You can create Watch Lists to flag and track particular securities (such as thosein your portfolio).
