Allied Health Medical Institute- Transportation and Requirements ● Students will be transported to and from PTHS by the
resident district
● Students will be required to complete an induction
program at Chilton Medical Center
● Students will need to complete all mandatory
screening requirements including medical clearance
● Students/parents will sign confidentiality agreements
● Students will need to dress appropriately
Allied Health Medical Institute - Schedule and Grades ● Students will follow Pequannock School District’s
Schedule (Flexibility with snow days and other breaks)
● Student grades will be released at the end of each
marking period
● Rutgers School of Health Professions credits are
awarded based on successful completion of course and
passing of summative assessments
Allied Health Medical Institute- Transcripts and Credits ● Resident districts determine how the Allied Health Medical
Institute courses are displayed on the high school report card and transcript.
● Recommendation is for each course to be considered honors level.
● Official Rutgers transcripts can be sent to colleges upon request.
● Credit transfer to colleges will depend on the individual University.

● Admissions criteria includes:○ GPA

○ Interview for invited applicants
