ALL-WATER TANKSFTE2/6004 AND INH WITH INCORPORATED PRE FILTERPOLYETHYLENE

An all-water ank is a pre-treatment device designed to retain settling matters present in domestic wastewater from a dwelling. Domestic waste water is the black water (WC, etc.) and the grey water (bathrooms, kitchens, laundries). A complete water treatment includes an all-water tank and awaste disposal system (sand filter, spreading system, compact ZEOMOP or BIONUT filter). The prefilter integrated into the all-water tank is located at the outlet Reliable and secured, it prevents from a premature clogging of the downstream processing device (sand filter, spreading system, etc.) by retaining no-settled particles. Its handling and maintenance are easy. To avoid any risk of floatings release during maintenance visits, the system automatically closes the outlet to the processing downstream.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION

Polyethylene tanks are insensitive to corrosion and do not require any special maintenance. According to the interministerial decree of 07/09/09, it is necessary to carry out a draining when the volume of sludge reaches 50% of the water volume of the tank.Do not drain the device during periods of heavy rainfall. The prefilter is maintained with a water jet, removing it if necessary.

Refer to the PHPE installation sheet before handling and installing the tank.

Maximum backfill height above the tank = 30 cm.

HANDLING - INSTALLATION

There is no ventilation spur on the tank. The primary and secondary ventilations must be carried out respectively upstream and downstream of the tank (refer to standard XP P16-603, ex NF DTU 64.1, available from AFNOR).
