6.00 – 11.00pm WELCOME DINNER “HAPPY DAYS”

Dress in your swirling poodle skirts, rock n roll outfits, pedal

pushers or your Red Hat Colors and dance the night away to

the music of Frankie Stevens and Derek Redfern.

Theme is “Happy Days” but music will be a little more subtle (we can’t dance QUITE LIKE WE DID 40 YEARS AGO !!!! )

Sumptuous 3 course dinner served 50/50 basis

Drinks at bar prices.

Raffles, games, table prizes, table gifts for you to take home.

Lots of fun and laughter combined with great music to be

enjoyed with your red hat sisters.

9.30am - Optional Yarra Cruise –

Cruise up the Yarra River to your mystery destination, Details to

follow.

Optional - All-Day Bus Trip to the Yarra Valley – Bus trip

includes visits to Rayners Fruit Orchard with tractor tour and lots

of delicious fruit tastings, the Blue Lotus Water Gardens, light

lunch before journeying on to the yummy Yarra Valley

Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery (with free samples of the most

delicious chocolate EVER). Lunch is included

Come join us at the Luv a Duck headquarters in South

Melbourne for a fantastic cooking demonstration where you will

learn all the secrets to cooking 4 wonderful duck dishes – and

best of all you will then be served these dishes for your lunch.

Lunch is included.

1.00pm -5.00pm Hat making craft session. FREE

This was such a huge success in 2017 with ladies making the

most amazing red hats from placemats, so we are now giving

you the opportunity to make a “Cherry Blossom Hat” that you

can show off at the Sunday Morning Breakfast

Numbers are limited to 60 for this free craft session, so please

book early to secure your spot. Only those who have a

booking will be able to make a hat

Placemat, head band and glue guns supplied, please bring

along any adornments you would like to add to your hat i.e.

blossoms, chop sticks, origami, cranes etc.

7.30 am CHERRY BLOSSOM BREAKFAST

Breakfast - buffet style.

Dress Code. Chinese/Japanese housecoat,

Chinese/Japanese Pj’s or Red Hat travelling clothes, don’t

forget you Cherry Blossom Hat.

Major prize raffle, and farewell gifts for each of you to take

home.

Featuring a ‘Banner Parade’, so be sure to bring along your

Chapter Banners

9.30 am Farewell speeches.

10.45 to 11.30 QUEENS COUNSEL MEETING for Queens, Vice Queens

Queen Mums, and potential interested future Queens.

Queen Travelot and the Down Under Scarlett Belles would like to thankyou for

attending our convention and for helping make it a wonderful event. We hope you go

home with happy memories and enjoyable moments to remember until we see you

again in 2021.

$275 - $125 DEPOSIT PAYABLE UPON REGISTRATION

$150 Balance PLUS any chosen tour costs,

payable by December 1st, 2018

Deposits are non refundable but can be transferred by you to a

replacement up until August 1st.

Cost includes buffet breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings, 3

course deluxe meals on Friday and Saturday nights.

Entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights.

Table gifts to take home on Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday

morning.

The “All That Glitters” event to be held in Melbourne, Victoria on 1st, 2nd and 3rd of March 2019 is

being hosted by Down Under Scarlett Belles (Mt. Eliza). This chapter is not incorporated and has no

rules or by-laws. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the event and its associated

activities.

I knowingly and freely assume all risk, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence

of the Hosts or any of their individual members or participants or others and I voluntarily participate

at my own risk and assume sole responsibility for any injury death or property damage I may suffer

that arises from my participating in any of the activities.

I understand and acknowledge the dangers associated with the consumption of alcohol or any mind

altering substance before and during any of the activities and I take full responsibility for any injury,

loss or damage associated with any consumption and I take sole responsibility for my actions.

I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby

release and hold harmless and agree not to sue the hosts, or any of their individual members,

volunteers, agents and sponsors (all of whom are referred to as releasees) with respect to any and

all injury, disability, death, loss or damage to person or property, whether caused by the negligence

of the releasees or otherwise.

EFFECT OF THIS DOCUMENT

I have had sufficient opportunity to read this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, I

fully understand its terms and understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, and

sign it freely and voluntarily without inducement of any kind.

I understand that my signature to this document constitutes a complete and unconditional release

of all liability of the releasees to the greatest extent allowed by law in the event of me suffering
