VEHICLES
Only one vehicle per site. Extra cars & boats must park in designated spaces available with Management approval, not on the roadways or vacant sites. Strict 10 KM/H speed limit – kids share the park roads. Management reserve the right to cancel boom gate access if speed limit is not adhered to. No vehicle maintenance is permitted in the Park. Washing of vehicles must be conducted in dedicated car wash area.
VISITORS
All visitors must register at the office upon arrival. Visitors cars must remain outside the boom gates at all times.
PETS
Pets are welcome on van and camp sites only and at Managers discretion. Dog owners are responsible for immediately picking up and disposing of their dog's waste in the red/blue top bins. Waste bags are provided for your convenience. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times except in the designated dog run area and not left unattended. Pets are not permitted in cabins, the pool area, jumping pillow or camp kitchen or other communal facilities. Due to the abundance of native wildlife at the Park, no cats are permitted.
SUPERVISION OF YOUR CHILDREN
The park and its facilities are provided for the enjoyment of you and your children. The supervision of your children is important for their safety, so they are not a nuisance or danger to themselves or
others. Children must be supervised by an adult when visiting the showers, toilets, laundry, pools and other recreational facilities. All recreational activities are at your own risk.
BICYCLES & SCOOTERS
Helmets must be worn. 10KM/H speed limit applies. No riding after street lights are on. For safety reasons skateboards and rollerblades are not to be used in the park.
GAS REFILLS
Swap n Go refills available from Reception before 5pm daily.
WIFI
Complimentary 500MB WiFi is available for select accommodation types or available for purchase from reception. Please follow the payment prompts for further usage or additional devices.
JUMPING PILLOW Open 8:30am to sunset or as determined by management. Children 16 years and over are not permitted on the pillow. Use of pillow during wet weather or in wet clothing or swimmers is strictly prohibited. No shoes, sharp objects in pockets or glass permitted. No alcohol or food in the pillow area. Refrain from bad language and behaviour.
POOL AND AMENITIES
Our amenities, and pool are for the use of guests only. Any request for visitors must be approved by management.
Pool open from 9am until Sunset or as determined by Management. No Life guard on duty. You must shower before swimming. No jumping, diving, bombing, running. No glass or sharp objects permitted in the pool area. No alcohol or food. Refrain from bad language and behaviour. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Failure to follow the pool safety rules will result in being asked to leave the pool area.
DUMP POINT
The dump point is identified on the map. Please use environmentally friendly chemicals.
CAMP KITCHEN & BBQ AREAS
The Camp kitchen is open 7am – 10pm. Please leave these areas clean and tidy
after use. You must vacate these areas by 10:30pm. Open fires and Coal BBQ fires strictly prohibited.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES
Washing machines, dryers and clothes lines are provided for your convenience. Tokens for use on machines are available from the office at $4 each. Clothes lines are provided, and no temporary clothes-lines are permitted on sites. No washing of pets or pet blankets.
QUIET TIME & NOISE
The peaceful enjoyment of our park and its facilities by all visitors is important to us. Please assist by being considerate to your neighbours and restrict noise from radios, televisions and social gatherings after 10pm and before 8am.
RUBBISH REMOVAL
Please ensure all rubbish is placed in the bins which are provided throughout the Park. If the bin closest to you is full please use another bin and notify our friendly staff.
SECURING YOUR SITE
While Park Management do their best to ensure a safe and secure environment, please secure your vehicle, bikes, eskys and other valuable while on holidays.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in communal areas or inside Park accommodation. A $175 will be charged if guests are found to have been smoking in park accommodation.
EVACUATION PLAN
3 blasts of air horn signals you to assemble in the emergency evacuation point as shown on the Park map.
PARK MANAGEMENT DISCRETION
Park Management has the right to direct any park patron (including their guests, visitors and invitees) to leave the park if that person refuses to comply with the park rules, causes a nuisance, or interferes with the use and enjoyment of the park.
INCIDENTS
Please report all incidents or accidents as soon as possible.
