Recognizing the Signs and Symptoms
of Drug or Alcohol Addiction:
We believe that our loved ones deserve
high quality, affordable care delivered in an
upscale and ‘home like’ environment. New Life
outpatient programs and services include:
MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT (MAT):Medication Assisted Treatment is the use of FDA approved medications along with counseling and behavioral therapy to treat substance use disorders. New Life offers several medication options such as Suboxone, Sublocade or Vivitrol.
MEDICAL DETOX PROGRAM: Our Medically Monitored Withdrawal Management (Detoxification) program is a unique outpatient program for individuals who require monitoring for withdrawal symptoms from alcohol or opioids (for example Percocet, Oxycontin, Dilaudid or heroin) but are unable to utilize inpatient services because of professional or personal obligations.
PARTIAL CARE (PC): Partial care is a program for patients transitioning from more intensive inpatient treatment to outpatient program or for patients experiencing acute symptoms of substance use and/or mental health but who do not require 24/7 monitoring. Program participants attend structured daily program (5 days per week).
Outpatient Program (OP): Outpatient Program is the least intensive program offered to individuals who would like to continue with their treatment but who do not require structured environment. Individual therapy sessions are generally scheduled 1x per week along with psychiatric medication monitoring and/or MAT services.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): The IOP is a structured, intensive program for individuals who need flexibility to attend work, school or other responsibilities but need little more support than traditional Outpatient Program. We offer both morning and evening sessions (3 days per week).
On October 26, 2017 Acting Secretary
of the U.S. Department of Health and
Human Services declared a public health
emergency regarding the opioid crisis.
In response to the nationwide problem,
prominent physicians and medical
professionals founded New Life Medical
Addiction Services to address treatment
service gaps in the community as well
as provide service for physicians to assist
in recognizing, diagnosing and treating
patients with Substance Use Disorders (SUD).
Clinical research has shown that addiction
and mental health problems are highly
treatable diseases similar to diabetes,
hypertension or heart disease. Thus, our
approach to provide integrated care is
grounded in available clinical research
shown to improve treatment outcomes.
If you have a concern about your own
use of drugs or alcohol, don’t wait! Call us
today at 856-942-3700 to inquire about our
services. You will be evaluated by a drug and
alcohol counselor who will communicate
clinical recommendations with you and
collaboratively facilitate the best care.
