How do I Register?The VIP Plan is easy to join. Please complete a simple agreement form - your banking details are required. A one-off joining fee of £10.00 will be collected with your first monthly Direct Debit. For further information or an agreement form, please speak to one of our team. Alternatively, please call the Simplyhealth team on 0800 169 9958 to join over the phone.

Prevention is better than cure!Our practice membership scheme provides pet owners with the support they need to help their pets stay fit and healthy.

Regular visits mean that we have the opportunity to administer necessary vaccinations and dispense accurate and up-to-date worming and flea treatments.

In addition, an overall clinical examination provides pet owners with peace of mind as we carefully monitor the general health of your pet and offer advice, support and treatment planning. This can reduce or prevent problems arising in the future.

Furthermore, the cost of maintaining the general health of your pets is distributed throughout the year by making monthly Direct Debit payments – it couldn’t be simpler.

Whilst spreading the cost of routine treatments, all members then qualify for additional discounts on other items in the practice.

The All Creatures Healthy Pet Plan provides your pet with:✔4 Full clinical examinations, twice per year, to check:General health | Ears | Eyes | Skin and coatHeart and lungs | Weight | Nail length | TeethAnal glands | Joints and muscles

✔4 Annual vaccinations (including Kennel Cough for dogsand Feline Leukaemia Virus for cats, Myxomatosis andVHD for rabbits)

✔4 Worming treatments (sufficient for 12 months)

✔4 Flea treatments (sufficient for 12 months)

✔4 Rabbit plans include annual vaccinations, wormer and abag of food (plans do not include flea treatment)

Unique exotic pet plan includes:

✔4 Twice yearly examinations (including beak, nail and wingtrims)

✔4 Annual worming as required

✔4 Annual faecal check as required

✔4 1 bag of food or supplement appropriate for the species

✔4 10% discount off all products and services provided byour practice.
