INTRODUCTION
Definition of Uniform
Picture 1 is school uniform worn by Malaysian students [2]
Uniform was defined as a type of clothing worn by the members of an organization while
participating in that organizations activity [1] Modern uniforms are most often worn by
armed forces and paramilitary organizations such as police! emergency services! security
guards! in some wor"places and schools and by inmates in prisons [1] #chool uniform was
defined as an outfit $ a set of of stardardized clothes $ worn primarily for an educational
institution [1] %hey are common in primary and secondary schools in various countries [1]
&hen used! they form the basis of a schools dress code [1]
'n Malaysia! students in state schools need to wear school uniform [1] %hose who failed to
do so are e(pected to be punished or sent home [1] )ach student in every school was
re*uired to wear the same uniform! mainly navy blue and white coloured [2] +or girls! theyshould choose or not to wear the white scarf and navy blue s"irt [2] +or boys! theyre
re*uired to wear a nec"tie! belt! white shirt and dar" green trousers [2] %he shoes are mainly
white in colour [2] ,owever! students who hold special pose such as school prefects and
library school prefects are found to wear different colours of uniform! such as pale yellow!
purple and light green [2] %hose who failed to do this will face disciplinary actions [2]
