Registration Hours During the School YearHigh School Campuses 7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.Elementary, Intermediate & Middle Schools 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
High School Campuses 7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.Elementary, Intermediate & Middle Schools 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
These hours have been established by the district and will be followed by all campuses for the 2011 – 2012 school year. Patrons will be accommodated for registration Monday through Friday and appointments are not necessary. Patrons who wish to register at hours other than the posted times are to be accommodated if they have a sufficient reason (taken time off from work).
* ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL STUDENTSStudent Services Office: 281-498-8110 ext. 31001. A parent or legal guardian must accompany a student under age 18 for registration. 2. Proof of residence (two documents showing parent's name and address)* a. Deed, unexpired lease AISD tax statement, or homestead exemption b. Current utility bill, receipt for utility deposit, credit card monthly statement, or other business mail.

3. Immunization record including: • DTP series and boosters (4)• Polio series and boosters (3) • MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) (2)Prekindergarten only:• HIB(1) • Start Hepatitis B series4. Birth certificate. Prekindergarten, kindergarten and first grade students must have state a certified birth certificate. All other students need a birth certificate or other document of identification. Parent needs a picture I.D. 5. Withdrawal form or last report card from previous school.6. Student's social security number, if available. *A Multi-Family Residence Form is required if parent resides in premises leased or owned by another person. This form is available at each school. It must be notarized or school verified with both parties signatures and copies of proof of residence presented by the Alief resident. Business mail addressed to the parent at this address must be provided to the school within 30 days.
