Terms A N D C O N D I T I O N S

1. The wedding couple must be resident at the Hotel for a minimum of 7 nights.

2. Upon arrival at the hotel a meeting will be arranged with the hotel wedding coordinator. This is in order to finalize your wedding event and it is imperative that the couple attend.

3. You are requested to advise us of the provisional numbers in your party – including yourselves – at the time of making a booking. The hotel reserves the right to agree a minimum number of guests to be charged for the reception or dining event at this time.

4. Payment for the function is to be settled prior to the function or on the same day the latest. This is unless alternative arrangements have been made with the hotel management.

5. Our banqueting menus are separate to the Half Board and Full Board entitlement. The menu prices per head are applicable at the full price.

6. The hotel reserves the right to substitute any product with that of an equivalent product in terms of value should the original product is not available. The hotel also reserves the right to relocate any function to accommodate final numbers or as a result of adverse weather conditions.

7. The guests are responsible for any loss or damages made to the Venue and table decoration. In case of any damage, the guests will be charged accordingly by the hotel management.

8. Wedding Cakes which are not consumed on the wedding day are not the responsibility of the hotel and will not be kept for Health & Safety reasons. No storage facility can be provided.

9. Non - Resident weddings are only permitted on request basis, at the sole discretion of the hotel and no earlier than six (6) months prior to the wedding date.

This brochure relates specifically to 2019/2020. The management reserves the right to make minor changes to services & prices in this wedding kit without prior notice.
