MARKET MOMENTRE/MAX Western Canada had its 2012 Awards Conference in Victoria last Thursday and Friday. Over 475 REALTORS attended from across Western Canada. As well as the Awards Ceremonies recognizing the results of the efforts of the RELATORS was the Children’s Miracle Network luncheon and fundraising auction. More than $80,000.00 was raised from those in attendance through their donations and purchases at the Conference. The funds go to the Children’s Hospitals in the four western provinces. It was a record year for the generosity of those in attendance. Sandra Lamoureux’s cousin Joey was the Miracle Child, he is 15 and from Kelowna. He is here today because of the work done at the Children’s Hospital.
VIREB statistics show 10 properties were sold in the Alberni Valley in January. January, 2011, 15 properties were sold. At the end of January, just over 350 properties were available for sale in the Alberni Valley. There are great opportunities to find the home to satisfy your needs and more.
