The event was attended by repre- sentatives from Al Sayer including Mi- cheal Smith — Group Chief Financial Officer, Mohamed Elassal — General Manager, Vehicle Sales Retail, Nehad Mohammad Haj Ali — Deputy Group Manager Corporate Excellence, Deya Ragab Mohamed Khodair — Senior Manager, Vehicle Sales, Shibu Moham- ed, CSR Manager along with jury mem- bers, delegates from school authorities, participants and their parents. According to Mubarak Naser Al Sayer, CEO Al Sayer Group Holding “Toyota and Al Sayer are keen to de- velop the young talents of Kuwait. We wish to motivate them, providing such platforms to express their creativity to inspire their dreams come true. Toyota Dream Car Art Contest differentiate it- self by having national and global level contest. The national level winner move forward to participate at the global level contest in Japan, where many experts view and evaluate it. From Al Sayer we are taking all efforts to make Kuwait talents to be noticed by international experts.” Artworks For the 2016 edition of the contest 27 schools from Kuwait across Arab, Asian and International streams had par- ticipated, 2,500 imaginative and impres- sive artworks were collected. 9 National level winners were awarded at the event, 3 winners each from the competing age groups up to 8 years, 8 — 11 years and 12 — 15 years. Due to the tough compe- tition faced, additionally 16 participants also received consolation prizes as per nominated by the jury to encourage the young minds. During the ceremony 22 participating schools were presented with memento in recognition of their ac- tive participation and five members of the jury were also honored.
