thThe “AkvaPan inženjering” company was founded as a private company, on 5 April 1993. The founders were the owners, Jadranka and Dragan Pantović. Kompanija “AkvaPan inženjering” je osnovana 05.04.1993. godine kao privatno preduzeće Pantović Jadranke i Dragana. Za kvalitetno funkcionisanje pokrivaju se sve faze realizacije proizvoda kroz nabavku materijala, proizvodnju, marketing i prodaju, jer za opstanak i razvoj "AkvaPanInženjering" svoj oslonac nalazi uglavnom u sopstvenom potencijalu, izgrađenom kroz višegodišnju tradiciju. Do ciljeva kojim teži poslovna politika kompanije se ne stiže preko noći i zato je bilo neophodno raditi ozbiljno i organizovano svih ovih godina. Ciljevi ''AkvaPanInženjering''-a određeni su okvirom koji je postavljen od strane menadžmenta kompanije, standardima i propisima, a to su:

Polietilenske vodovodne cevi koje se koriste za izgradnju vodovodnih sistema proizvode se od polietilena visoke gustine PE80 ili PE100 prema SRPS ISO 4427:2001 ( MRS ≥ 8 Mpa odn. MRS ≥ 10 MPa) čiji kvalitet garantuje da će i posle 50 godina cevi trpeti isto naprezanje. Polietilenske cevi su namenjene za javno,privatno i industrijsko vodosnabdevanje , za izgradnju ukopanih i nadzemnih cevovoda, kao i instalacija unutar zgrada i van njih. Za javno vodosnabdevanje, cevi su definisane projektima koji imaju vodoprivrednu saglasnost, dok za privatno i industrijsko vodosnabdevanje ne postoje ograničenja u pogledu upotrebe određenog pritiska. Dozvoljeno je trajno toplotno opterećenje do +60ºC, a trenutno do +80ºC. Otporne su na niske temperature.Imaju glatku spoljašnju i unutrašnju površinu. Nazivni ( spoljašnji ) prečnik cevi je od Ø20 do Ø500 mm, a radni pritisak od 4, 6, 8, 10, 12.5, 16, 20, 25 i 30 bara. Standardno su crne boje sa koekstrudiranim plavim linijama i nose sledeće oznake :

ź vrsta i tip materijala, ź nazivni prečnik, ź radni pritisak, ź SRPS G.C6.605, ź znak proizvođača i godinu proizvodnje.

Pakuju se u koturovima od 50 do 500 metara ili u šipkama od 6 i 12 metara ( zavisi od prečnika i pritiska ). Najmanji prečnik bubnja za namotavanje cevi mora biti 18 x d kako bi se ovalnost cevi sačuvala.Izabrani nazivni (spoljašnji) prečnici i debljine zidova u skladu za izabranim nazivnim pritiscima dati su u tabeli.Vrednosti navedene u tabelama i kvalitet cevi odgovaraju Evropskoj normi EN 12.201 i standardu SRPS ISO 4427:2001.Spajanje cevi moguće je ostvariti rastavljivom i nerastavljivom vezom:Rastavljive veze su spojevi saspojnicama.One mogu biti od polietilena (PE), polipropilena (PP) i livenog gvožđa (LG).Nerastavljive veze su spojevi zavarivanjem:

Fiting je proizveden od istog materijala kao i same cevi, što omogućava posebno siguran i efikasan spoj.Svaki izgrađeni cevovod mora se podvrgnuti ispitivanju pod pritiskom, kako bi se osigurala celovitost cevi, spojeva, fazonskih komada i ostalih komponenti.

Pipes used for water-supplies installations are made of high-density polyethylene PE80 or PE100, according to the SRPS ISO 4427:2001 standard ( MRS ≥ 8 Mpa -i.e. MRS ≥ 10 MPa), having a quality that guarantees the same amount of pressure endurance after 50 years of use. Polyethylene pipes are intended for public, private and industrial water-supply systems. For public water-supply systems there are project plans that define the standards for the pipes used in them, and these are approved by the state water supply institutions. As for private and industrial use, there are no specific requirements for the pressure endurance of the pipes. The allowed permanent thermal exposure is up to +60ºC, while the allowed temporary thermal exposure is +80ºC. The pipes are resistant to low temperatures as well. Polyethylene pipes have smooth both inner and outer surfaces and are produced in diameters ranging from Ø20 to Ø500 mm, to withstand operating pressures of 4, 6, 8, 10, 12.5,16, 20, 25 and 30 bar. The pipes are supplied in coils, in a length range of between 50 and 500 metres, or as rods, 6m or 12m long. The standard colour is black, with co-extruded blue lines. The pipes are marked with the following inscriptions inserted on every meter of length:ź the kind and type of material,ź outer diameter, ź operating pressure, ź SRPS G.C6.605, ź manufacturer's code and the year of production. They are packed in coils, in the length range of 50 to 500m. Alternatively, they are supplied in rods 6 or 12 metres long, depending on the diameter and pressure resistance, the smallest diameter of the coil core must not be less than 18 x d and in any case it must guarantee that the roundness of the pipe is preserved.The listed diameter of the pipe is its outer diameter. The values stated in the tables and the quality of the pipes correspond to the European norm EN 12.201 and the SRPS ISO 4427:2001 standard. The joining of the pipes can be done in the form of a dismantling connection (using PE,PP,LG joints) or a fixed connection (using electro-fusion or butt welding). We manufacture fittings made of the same material, securing connections of the highest quality and efficiency. Every pipeline that is built must be pressure-tested before it is approved for use, in order to make sure that the pipes, connectors, parts and components are all well integrated and flawless.

Cevi za gas koje se koriste u izgradnji gasovoda proizvode se od polietilena visoke gustine PE80 ili PE100 (MRS ≥ 8 Mpa odn. MRS ≥ 10 MPa) čiji kvalitet garantuje da će i posle 50 godina cevi trpeti isto naprezanje. Proizvodnja i kontrola kvaliteta usaglašena je sa važećim međunarodnim i domaćim standardima: EN 1555, ISO 4437, SRPS G. C6. 661.

Materijal je netoksičan, lak za transport i rukovanje. Cevi su fleksibilne su i otporne na vibracije, seizmičke udare i pomeranje tla. Dozvoljeno je trajno toplotno opterećenje do +60ºC, a trenutno do +80ºC. Niski su gubici pritiska jer je koeficijent trenja mali. Spajanje cevi se izvodi (u zavisnosti od prečnika) spojnicama ili zavarivanjem : elektrofuzionim ili sučeonim.

Standardno su crne boje sa koekstrudiranim žutim linijama i nose sledeće oznake : ź vrsta i tip materijala, ź spoljašnji prečnik, ź radni pritisak, ź SRPS G.C6.661, ź znak proizvođača ź godinu proizvodnje,ź obeležavanje dužine kotura na svakih 1m.

Glatke su spoljašnje i unutrašnje površine, prečnika od Ø 20 mm do Ø 500 mm, za radne pritiske od 1, 4, 6 i 10 bara, u zavisnosti od klase materijala. Nazivni prečnik je spoljašnji prečnik cevi.

Polietilenske cevi prečnika od Ø20 do Ø 110 se pakuju u koturima od 50 do 200 metara a veći prečnici u šipkama od 6 i 12 metara. Najmanji prečnik bubnja za namotavanje cevi mora biti 18 x d i takav da je ovalnost cevi sačuvana.

Polietilenske gasne cevi se mogu polagati u zemlju i pod vodom. Načini polaganja definisani su standardom SRPS G.C6.605.

The pipes for gas pipelines are made of polyethylene that is in full compliance with the SRPS G.C6.661 standards. The production and the quality control is in accordance with the following relevant international and national standards: EN 1555, ISO 4437, SRPS G. C6. 661.

The pipes that are used in gas pipelines installations are made of high-density polyethylene PE80 or PE100 (MRS ≥ 8 Mpa, i.e. MRS ≥ 10 MPa), the quality of which is such that it guarantees the pipes to be able to endure the same amount of pressure even after 50 years of use.

Polyethylene pipes with a diameter of 20 up to Ø 110 are delivered in coils of the overall length in the range between 50 and 200 meters, while the larger diameter pipes are delivered as rods 6 or 12 meters long. The smallest diameter of the coil core for pipes must be at least 18 x d and in any case it must secure that the roundness of the pipe is preserved.

Cevi za uličnu kanaliza zadovoljava uslove kvaliteta utvrđene standardom SRPS G.C6.502. PVC je visoko kvalitetan materijal, pa su cevi i spojni elementi, napravljeni od PVC-a, otporni na koroziju i hemijsko nagrizanje kiselina, alkala, jedinjenja soli, baza, sulfata, alkohol i mnoge druge hemikalije. Mogu se trajno primeniti u temperaturnim granicama od 0ºC do +60ºC. Otporni su na mehaničke udare. Dobar su električni izolator. Životni vek im je preko 50 godina.Ne mogu se primenjivati za otpadne vode koje sadrže veliki procenat benzina, acetona i benzola. Spajaju se međusobno natičnim naglavkom (mufom) i gumenim prstenom koji obezbeđuje potpunu zaptivenost.

PVC UK cevi i spojni elementi se koriste za izgradnju cevovoda koji se montiraju u zemlju ili površinski na slobodnim ravnim površinama. Služe za odvod otpadnih i atmosferskih voda. Koriste se i za odvod otpadnih industrijskih voda; za instalacije slobodnog (gravitacionog) režima tečenja i instalacije niskog pritiska. Cevi se izrađuju u kvalitetu S-25 i S-20. Primena kvaliteta zavisi od mesta polaganja i od vrste podloge. Korisna dužina cevi je dužina cevi bez dubine naglavka.

PVC pipes for street sewerage systems are made of non-softened polyvinyl-chloride, and are designed to collect all kinds of sewage waste waters. The quality of the non-softened polyvinyl-chloride (PVC) used to produce the pipes and the connecting elements, must satisfy the requirements defined by the SRPS G.C6.502 standard. Any use of a softener, a filling or other material that does not possess controlled and attested composition is strictly forbidden. PVC is a high-quality material, resistant to corrosion and chemical decomposition such as may be caused by acids, alkalis, salt compounds and many other chemicals.

Pipes and connectors made of PVC can be applied as a permanent solution in the temperature conditions ranging from 0 ºC to +60 ºC. PVC installations are resistant to salt water, acids, bases, sulphates, alcohol and mechanic impact. They also provide very good electrical insulation, and have a service life of over 50 years. PVC installations cannot be used for waste waters with a high content of petrol, acetone and benzene. The pipes are joined together using a sleeve joint or other type of connector, with rubber rings ensuring full adhesion.

PVC KK pipes and connecting elements are used in all types of pipelines that are installed below the ground surface, as well as on free and even surfaces above ground level, to be used for collection and removal of waste waters and rainfall, either together or separately. These pipes can be used in industrial wastewater sewage systems, provided that these do not contain elements that can disturb PVC and provided that these are either free-fall (gravity) systems or low-pressure systems. The pipes are produced in S-25 and S-20 series. The choice of the series will depend on the route location and type of base on which the pipes are laid.The pipes that are intended for street sewage systems are made with an expanded 'collar' on one end, or without it (series S-25 and S-20).

Korugovane (rebraste) dvoslojne cevi za uličnu kanalizaciju proizvode se od neomekšanog polivinilhlorida ( PVC-a ) i namenjene su za odvod atmosferske i fekalne kanalizacije. PVC je visoko kvalitetan materijal otporan na mehaničke udare, na abraziju i hemijsko nagrizanje od strane kiselina, alkala, jedinjenja soli, baza, sulfata, alkohola i mnogih drugih hemikalija.

Zadovoljava uslove kvaliteta utvrđene standardima EN 13476, DIN 16961. Cevi sa duplim zidom, ojačane spoljnim rebrima, lakše su od PVC UK cevi za istu primenu i do 40% (u zavisnosti od prečnika). Imaju dobre hidrauličke karakteristike zbog glatke unutrašnje površine koja ima mali koeficijent trenja. Veoma su izdržljive pri mehaničkim kretanjima zemljišta. Dobar su električni izolator. Lako se ugrađuju i imaju dug rok trajanja sa malim zahtevima na održavanju.

Ne mogu se primenjivati za otpadne vode koje sadrže veliki procenat benzina, acetona i benzola.Spajaju se međusobno natičnim naglavkom i gumenim prstenom,pri čemu gumeni prstenovi obezbeđuju potpunu zaptivenost.

PVC korugovane cevi i prateći spojni elementi od PVC-a mogu se trajno primeniti u temperaturnim granicama od 0 ºC do + 60 ºC.

2 2Korugovane PVC cevi se proizvode za standardne pritiske SN4 (4KN/m) i SN8 (8KN/m),a za potrebe nestandardnih projekata proizvode se i za veće vrednosti temenog pritiska - do SN16.

Corrugated PVC pipes are designed for use in street sewage systems. They are made of non-softened polyvinyl-chloride, intended for collection and disposal of the rainfall and faecal wastewaters. The quality of the non-softened polyvinyl-chloride (PVC) used to produce the pipes and the connecting elements, must satisfy the requirements set out by the EN 13476, DIN 16961standard. It is strictly forbidden to use a softener, a filling or other material that does not possess controlled and attested composition.

When compared to PVC UK pipes designed for the same purpose, the double-wall corrugated pipes reinforced by outer ribs are lighter – sometimes up to 40%, lighter than PVC UK pipes, depending on the diameter. Owing to their smooth inner surface characterised by a very low friction coefficient, corrugated pipes possess very good hydraulic qualities. They are also resistant to abrasion, aggressive waste waters, chemical impact and major mechanical impacts, such as land shifting. 2 2Corrugated PVC pipes are produced to withstand standard SN4 (4KN/m) and SN8 (8KN/m) pressures. For non-standard installations, they can be supplied in variants that withstand higher head pressures of up to SN 16. They are easy to install and have a very long service life, with minimum maintenance requirements.

Polietilenske (PEHD) spiralne cevi su kvalitetan, praktičan, siguran i dugoročno isplativ način za odvod otpadnih voda. Spiralne cevi su najbolji izbor jer na taj način pokazujemo da mislimo o zdravlju ljudi i očuvanju životne okoline.

Zahvaljujući unapređenoj tehnologiji ekstrudiranja, spiralne cevi su lakše i čvršće u odnosu na glatke PVC cevi. Ove karakteristike utiču na manji napor pri transportu i izgradnji cevovoda, uštedu vremena i novca. Podnose veća opterećenja od glatkih PVC cevi zahvaljujući odličnoj elastičnosti i velikoj krutosti prstena. Spajanje cevi se vrši:

ź ekstruzionim zavarivanjem sa spoljne strane za prečnike od Ø300 do Ø1200 mmź ekstruzionim zavarivanjem sa unutrašnje i spoljne strane za prečnike od Ø700 do

Ø1200mmź termoskupljajućom folijom za pričnike od Ø300 do Ø1200.

Oba načina garantuju jednostavnost i ekonomičnost polaganja i održavanja.

Spiralne cevi imaju dobre hidrauličke karakteristike. Spoljašnji zid cevi je ekstrudiran u vidu spirale a glatka unutrašnja površina, koja ima mali koeficijent trenja garantuje da i nakon duge upotrebe neće doći do stvaranja naslaga. Moguće je ispiranje pod velikim pritiskom zahvaljujući svojstvima polietilena i dizajnu cevi.

2Proizvode se prema standardu EN ISO 9969, DIN 16961 i EN 13476 za pritiske SN4 (4KN/m) i 2SN8 (8KN/m) , a za potrebe nestandardnih projekata proizvode se i za veće vrednosti temenog

pritiska. Unutrašnjeg su prečnika od Ø300 do Ø1200, dužine od 6 do 12 m.

Otporne su na abraziju,agresivne otpadne vode, hemijske uticaje i veoma su izdržljive pri mehaničkim kretanjima zemljišta.Primenjuju se za cevovode koji se montiraju u zemlju i služe za odvod otpadnih i atmosferskih voda.

PEHD polyethylene spiral pipes represent a high-quality, practical and functional method of collecting and disposing of used waters. It is also a safe method and an economical one, over a long-term period of exploitation. PEHD spiral pipes are simply the best choice from the aspect of caring for the health of the users and our environment.

Owing to the cutting-edge extrusion technology, polyethylene spiral pipes are both lighter and stronger than the smooth PVC pipes. Consequently, they require much less effort in transportation and installation of pipelines, thus saving time and money for the investor.

PEHD spiral pipes are capable of withstanding higher pressure than the smooth PVC pipes, mostly owing to their exceptional elasticity and high degree of ring rigidness. There are several methods that can be used in joining this type of pipes:ź extrusion welding of pipes from the outside from the Ø300 mm to Ø1200.ź extrusion welding of pipes from the inside or from the outside (diameters in the range of Ø700 mm to Ø1200mm),ź heat-shrinking foil (diameters in the range of Ø300 mm to Ø1200).Each of the applied joining methods guarantees simple and economical installation and maintenance, The outer wall of the pipe is extruded in a spiral, while the inner wall remains smooth, thus preventing accumulation of residue even after a long period of use. High-pressure washout is possible owing to the inner qualities of polyethylene and the pipe design. The pipes are produced in compliance with the EN ISO 9969, DIN 16961 and EN 13476 standards for

2 2pressures of SN4 (4KN/m) and SN8 (8KN/m), with the inner diameter in the range from Ø300 mm to Ø1200mm and in lengths ranging from 6m to 12 m.

PE spiral pipes have very good hydraulic features, owing to their smooth inner surface, characterised by a low friction coefficient. The pipes are resistant to abrasion, aggressive waste waters, chemical impacts and are also highly resistant to major mechanical impacts such as land shifting.

Cevovodi čije su karakteristike usklađene sa standardom EN 13476, otporni su na koroziju prilikom dodira sa vodom i to u okviru velikog raspona pH vrednosti, kao što su otpadne vode iz domaćinstava, površinske i podzemne vode. The pipelines that are in compliance with the 13476 standard are corrosion-resistant in contact with water within a wide scale of pH values, including household waste waters, rainfall, surface and underground accumulations. If the pipelines that are built to meet these standards are to be used to collect and channel waters with a certain content of chemical pollution, such as industrial waste waters, then other factors must also be taken into consideration, such as temperature resistance and resistance to chemicals.

Cevi za kućnu kanalizaciju se proizvode od neomekšanog polivinilhlorida (PVC-a) i namenjene su za odvod svih otpadnih voda. Kvalitet PVC-a je utvrđen standardom SRPS G.C6.502.

Cevi i spojni elementi proizvedeni od PVC-a su otporni na koroziju i hemijsko nagrizanje od strane kiselina, alkala, sulfata, alkohola, jedinjenja soli i mnogih drugih hemikalija. Dobar su električni izolator. Mogu se trajno primeniti u temperaturnim granicama od 0ºC do + 60 ºC. Životni vek im je preko 50 godina.

Ne mogu se primenjivati za otpadne vode koje sadrže veliki procenat benzina, acetona i benzola. Međusobno se spajaju natičnim naglavkom i gumenim prstenom koji obezbeđuje potpunu zaptivenost.

Primenjuju se za cevovode koji se montiraju u zemlju ili površinski na slobodnim ravnim površinama i služe za odvod otpadnih i atmosferskih voda. Primenu imaju i u industriji, za odvod otpadnih industrijskih voda prema kojima je PVC otporan; za instalacije slobodnog (gravitacionog) režima tečenja i instalacije niskog pritiska.

Cevi kućne kanalizacije se proizvode sa natičnim naglavkom (mufom).Korisna dužina cevi sa natičnim naglavkom je dužina bez dubine naglavka.

PVC KK cevi su sive boje ( RAL 7011) i nose sledeće oznake : · vrsta materijala, · spoljašnjii prečnik, · SRPS G.C6.509, · znak proizvođača i godinu proizvodnje.

PVC pipes for household sewerage systems are made of non-softened polyvinyl-chloride, and are designed to collect all kinds of sewage waste waters. The quality of the non-softened polyvinyl-chloride (PVC) used to produce the pipes and the connecting elements, must satisfy the requirements defined by the SRPS G.C6.502 standard. It is strictly forbidden to use a softener, a filling or other material that does not possess controlled and attested composition.

PVC is a high-quality material, resistant to corrosion and chemical decomposition such as may be caused by acids, alkalis, salt compounds and many other chemicals.

Pipes and connectors made of PVC represent a permanent solution in the temperature conditions ranging from 0 ºC to +60 ºC. PVC installations are resistant to salt water, acids, bases, sulphates, alcohol and mechanic impact. They also provide very good electrical insulation, and have a service life of over 50 years. PVC installations cannot be used for waste waters with a high content of petrol, acetone and benzene. The pipes are joined together using a sleeve joint or other type of connector, with rubber rings ensuring full adhesion.

PVC KK pipes and connecting elements are used in all types of pipelines that are installed below the ground surface, as well as on free and even surfaces above ground level, to be used for collection and removal of waste waters and rainfall, either together or separately. These pipes can be used in industrial wastewater sewage systems, provided that these do not contain elements that can disturb PVC and provided that these are either free-fall (gravity) systems or low-pressure systems.

The pipes that are intended for household sewage systems are made with an expanded 'collar' on one end, or without it (series S-25).

PVC KK pipes are grey ( RAL 7011) and the inscriptions that they are marked with contain the following data:

type of material, outer diameter, SRPS G.C6.509, manufacturer's code and year of production.

The useful length of the pipe is its length without the collar's depth.

PE cevi za zaštitu kablovaPolietilenske cevi se koriste za provlačenje optičkih kablova,zaštitu telekomunikacionih i elektro-energetskih kablova.Crne su boje , glatke spoljašnje i nažljebljene unutrašnje površine, prečnika od Ø20 do Ø110 mm za radne pritiske od 6 bara. Nazivni prečnik je spoljašnji prečnik cevi. Isporučuju se u pravim šipkama dužine 6 i 12m, ili koturovima ( prema zahtevu kupca ). Na svaki metar dužine cevi stavljaju se sledeće trajne oznake:ź vrsta i tip materijala

Mnogobrojne prednosti polioetilenskih cevi u odnosu na druge materijale imaju za posledicu njihovu sve širu primenu. Lako se transportuju i montiraju. Dobro se prilagođavaju terenu. Imaju mali koeficijent trenja koji prouzrokuje i male gubitke pritiska. Dozvoljeno je trajno toplotno opterećenje do +60ºC, a trenutno do +80ºC. Otporne su na niske temperature. Moguće je spajanje rastavljivom vezom (spojnice od PE i PP) i nerastavljivom vezom (elektrofuziono i sučeono zavarivanje).

Polyethylene pipes are supplied in black, with smooth outer surface and canalled inner surface, with a diameter range of Ø20 - Ø110 mm for the operating pressure of 6 bar. The listed diameter is the outer diameter of the PE pipe. The pipes are delivered as rods (6m or 12 m long) or rolled in a coil, depending on the customer's request. The following permanent inscriptions are printed at minimum every meter of the pipe length: ź kind and type of material ź outer diameter and thickness of pipe wall, in mmź name of manufacturerź number of machineź date of production (month and year) ź markings indicating the length of the pipe, placed lengthwise at every meterThe pipes are produced in accordance with the following standards: SRPS G. Corrugated PE pipes used for cable protectionCorrugated polyethylene pipes used for protecting telecommunications lines and electrical power leads are mate of high-density polyethylene – PE80, with the diameter of Ø 110 and are supplied either in rods (6m or 12 m long) or in 50m coils. The elasticity of the pipe rolled in the coil is secured by the unique combination of materials – the PELD for the inner layer and the PEHD for the outer lining. The pipes that are supplied as rods are made of the PEHD only. The pipes are manufactured in yellow and red colour, or in another colour, depending on the customer's request.

Owing to their high flexibility, the corrugated PEHD pipes are easily adapted to the shape of the channel route. They can be cut using a knife or a saw. The pipes are used in all conditions that comply with the temperature range of between -40ºC to +60ºC, and are also UV-rays resistant. They are joined with a joint and a rubber connector.

Polyethylene pipes have numerous advantages over other materials, which has resulted in their increased use. They are easy to transport and install, they are easily adapted to the requirements of the soil environment and are characterised by a very low friction coefficient, owing to which the loss of pressure is minimised. The allowed permanent thermal exposure is up to +60ºC, while the allowed temporary thermal exposure is +80ºC. The pipes are resistant to low temperatures as well.

The pipes can be joined by both dismantling connection (PE and PP joints) and a permanent connection (electrical fusion and butt welding).

using hard PVC. Depending on the intended use, they can be yellow or red, supplied as rods 4m or 6m long. Alternatively, they can be supplied in any other colour or length, depending on the customer's requirement. The pipes are manufactured with a widening on one side, for easy joining.

There is a range of complementary products that are used in the installations of PVC pipes: PVC plug, introductory PVC part, PVC comb and PVC shield.

Nerdjajuće popravne spojnice (NP spojnice) su izgrađene od prohroma (limovi, zavrtnji, navrtke, podloške ) u kvalitetu Č 4580 i gumene obloge u kvalitetu EPDM (guma za prehrambenu industriju). Namenjene su za zaptivanje oštećenje na vodovodnim (HDPE,PVC,LG,ACC ) i drugim cevima i za spajanje cevi bez natičnog naglavka.Obuhvatajući oštecenje na cevi, NP spojnica zaptiva oštećeno mesto, trajno zaustavlja curenje i omogućava nesmetan protok vode. Lako se ugrađuju, što minimizira troškove i vreme popravke. Izdržavaju pritisak do 40 bari, otporne su na mehaničke udare, koroziju i hemijske uticaje.

Proizvodimo dva tipa NP spojnica u zavisnosti od tipa i spoljašnjeg prečnika cevi:-Za Ø 20 do Ø 40 (N 1 do N 4) – jednodelne ΔyΕ = 100mm-Za Ø 50 do Ø 180 (M 1 do M 16) – jednodelne ΔyΕ = 200mm-Za Ø 200 do Ø 500 (L 1 do L 18) – dvodelne ΔyΕ = 300mm

Postavljanje NP spojnica:Očistite oštećenu cev od mehaničkih nečistoca, obeležiti mesto za postavljanje NP spojnice na cevi, tako da oštećenje bude u sredini spojnice. Spoljašnji deo zaptivne gume premazati kalijevim sapunom. Obuhvatiti cev NP spojnicom i zatezanje vršiti srednjim (dužim) šafom. Prilikom ravnomernog stezanja svih šrafova, odmerenim udarcima plastičnim (gumenim) čekićem ravnomerno udarati po NP spojnici.Stainless steel fixing fittings (NP fittings) are made of stainless steel (tins, screws, nuts and stocks) of quality C 4580 and rubber wrappings of quality EPDM (rubber for food industry). They are aimed at fitting the damages on water pipes (HDPE,PVC,LG,ACC ) and other pipes, just as for joing pipes without stocking.Wrapping the damage on the pipe NP fitting fits the damaged place, and permanently stops leaking and enables undisturbed flow of water. They are easly installed which minimizes expenses and time of reparing. Enduring the pressure of up to 40 bars they are resisted to mechanic impact, corrosion and chemical influences.

We produce two types of NP fittings depending on type and ouder radius of the pipe:-For Ø 20 do Ø 40 (N 1 do N 4) – one parted ΔyΕ = 100mm-For Ø 50 do Ø 180 (M 1 do M 16) – one parted ΔyΕ = 200mm-For Ø 200 do Ø 500 (L 1 do L 18) – two parted ΔyΕ = 300mm Instaling NP fitting: Clean damaged pipe of mechanical dirt. Mark the place for NP fitting on the pipe so thedamage is the middleof the fittings. Outer part of fitting rubber lubricate with potassium soap. Place the NP fitting and tighten it with middle (longer) screw. During even tightening of all screws, and steady strokes with plastic hummer, strike evenly on the NP fitting.
